Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Querverbinder für Reihenklemmen, mit mehreren an einer Kontaktleiste einstückig angeschlossenen Kontakten zum Einstecken in die Stromschienenöffnung und damit zur Herstellung einer Kontaktierung, wobei die Kontaktfedern in einer Ebene mit der Kontaktleiste liegen und jeweils einen zugeordneten Kontaktstift zur Herstellung einer Klemmkontaktierung aufweisen.The invention relates to a cross connector for terminal blocks, with a plurality of contacts connected in one piece to a contact strip for insertion into the busbar opening and thus for making contact, the contact springs lying in one plane with the contact strip and each having an associated contact pin for producing a clamp contact.
Querverbinder für Reihenklemmen sind in einer Vielzahl bekannt, die jeweils über Steckkontakte verfügen. Verwiesen wird hierzu auf DE 27 36 644 C2, De 36 25 240 C2, DE 42 01 219 C1, DE 42 23 540 C2, DE 43 22 535 A1, DE 44 00 469 A1, DE 44 11 306 C1 und EP 0 678 934 A1. Hierbei sind zwei gegeneinanderliegende Formfederabschnitte, gegensinnig zueinander ausgewölbte Federstücke oder planparallel aneinanderliegende Kontaktstifte und Kontaktfedern vorhanden.Cross connectors for terminal blocks are known in a variety, each having plug contacts. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Querverbinder so auszubilden, daß eine kostengünstigere Herstellung gegeben ist.The invention has for its object to form a cross connector so that there is less expensive production.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß bei einem gattungsgemäßen Querverbinder für Reihenklemmen der einstückig an einer Kontaktfeder angeschlossene Kontaktstift rechtwinklig zur Kontaktfeder verläuft, wobei die Kontaktfeder als Blattfeder ausgebildet sein kann. In Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist der Kontaktstift im unteren Bereich frei auskragend ausgebildet. Erfindungsgemäß sind die Federkräfte der Kontaktfeder nach der Klemmkontaktierung parallel zur Längsrichtung der Stromschiene gerichtet. Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführung verläuft der untere Bereich des Kontaktstifts im Abstand vor der Kontaktfeder.This object is achieved in that in the case of a generic cross connector for terminal blocks, the contact pin connected in one piece to a contact spring extends at right angles to the contact spring, the contact spring being able to be designed as a leaf spring. Bei dem Querverbinder 9 nach Figur 1 sind an einer Kontaktleiste 1 drei Kontaktfedern 2 einstückig angeschlossen. Jeder Kontaktfeder 2 ist einstückig ein Kontaktstift 3 zugeordnet, der rechtwinklig zur Kontaktfeder 2 verläuft. Wie aus Figur 1 erkennbar, ist die Kontaktfeder 2 als Blattfeder geformt.
