Abstract

Eine Spindel zum Herstellen eines Fadens, insbesondere Zwirnspindel, weist einen gegenüber einen Gehäuse (3) mittels eines Wälzlagers (2, 33) drehbar gelagerten Spindelschaft (1) auf. Die Spindel weist weiterhin einen Fadenumlenker (4) auf, dessen Fadenleitkanal (5) einen zur Spindelachse konzentrischen axialen Fadeneingang (6) und einen wenigstens annähernd radial gerichteten Fadenausgang (7) auf, wobei ein Luftleitkanal (9) im Fadenausgang (7) einmündet. Um eine kostengünstige und vom Gewicht her leichte Spindel zu bilden, wird vorgeschlagen, daß der Spindelschaft durch ein Stahlrohr (1) mit im wesentlichen glattzylindrischen Mantelflächen gebildet ist, wobei der im Spritzgießverfahren aus Kunststoff hergestellte Fadenumlenker (4) an der inneren Mantelfläche des Stahlrohres (1) anliegt.

In order to form an inexpensive spindle which is light in weight, it is proposed that the spindle shaft be formed by a steel tube (1) with essentially smooth cylindrical outer surfaces, the thread deflector (4) made of plastic by injection molding on the inner outer surface of the steel tube ( 1) is present.
