Description

The invention relates to a Wire frames, in particular for a transport device flatter, preferred with a surface coating objects with at least a first and at least a second web part that is welded together are. Such a wire frame is e.g. from the EP-A-0 506 834 known.

Wire frames of the type mentioned are known. They are in a variety in a dream-like Transport facility housed and serve in addition, especially surface-coated objects, for example painted or printed Metal sheets, record and for example by to transport a drying oven. To damage to avoid the surface coatings, it is necessary that the objects as possible large area on the associated wire frame issue; especially point systems and the like disadvantageous, which then arise, for example can, if of the welded web parts Corners or edges due to a not quite protrude into perfect fit. Also have to possibly by welding the web parts together created sweat beads in the course of a Postprocessing can be eliminated so that the mentioned Risk of damage is eliminated. The well-known wire frame consist of a multitude individual parts, so that there are relatively high manufacturing costs result.

The invention is therefore based on the object to specify a wire frame of the type mentioned at the outset, which is safe and damage-free Transport of the objects made possible and easy and is inexpensive to manufacture.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by that the first web part has a cross-sectional profile has at least one that Attachment surface to the second web part outstanding bead. According to the invention thus becomes at least a web part of the wire frame created from a profile that - seen in cross section - has a bead that laterally to a Fastening surface is. This mounting surface represents the contact surface of two adjacent Web parts, these two web parts in the area the mounting surface welded together are. The welding is preferably carried out by means of spot welding. In particular is Provide a web part with embossing lugs, which electrical welding process - with the other web part get in contact, melt and onto this Way to create the composite. Because with that Spray the melted material off the welding process and remain on the wire frame as beads of sweat there is a risk that these beads of sweat the receiving surface for the objects disturbing protrude and thus the surface damage mentioned above can bring about. Because according to the invention however, the first web part that the mounting surface protruding bead ensures that material spurting off is deflected by the bead, that is, it becomes oriented in one direction by the deflection movement, that it does not protrude from the receiving surface and thus not causing damage when transporting the Objects. The bead also has one mechanical stiffening result, so that the Wire frame - despite its light weight - one maintains high rigidity and thus in the transport device less to vibrations and the like tends, which is also positive for the sensitive, coated objects. The mechanical stiffener due to the bead also has the advantage that - as in the prior art - the "doubling" of web parts can be omitted. Under "Double Up" one understands the welding of two at least in some areas of identical web parts, to double the cross section and thus to achieve a higher mechanical strength. in the In the course of this registration the word "bead" is used, around the cross-sectional configuration of the first To describe part of the web. Under "bead" is to understand any cross-sectional configuration that includes a protruding profile web, with its cross-sectional contour be rounded or square can.

According to a development of the invention, that the first web part has at least two beads has between them a receiving groove for form the second web part. The receiving groove has further the advantage that a crooked or positionally inaccurate Do not weld web parts together can occur because it has a managerial role. This prevents that when joining the web parts a web part the receiving surface surmounted.

Because of this cross-sectional configuration is on a reproducible, precise position in a particularly simple manner Attachment of the corresponding web parts possible with each other since the receiving groove Aligns web parts relative to each other. moreover prevent the groove walls belonging to the two beads, that during the spot welding process material in one direction emerges, the disturbing sweat beads or the like can result.

It is also advantageous if the first web part has an H-shaped cross-sectional profile. This has the consequence that on both sides of the web part a receiving groove is formed so that on both sides other, second web parts welded on in a simple manner can be.

Two, in particular straight ones, are preferred and spaced-apart side web parts provided, which are designed as first web parts are. These are with their an end regions attached to the transport device and form the essential supporting parts of the wire frame. Between they are welded in second web parts, whereby the receiving surface is formed, with the respective other sides of the two H-shaped cross-sectional profiles, Support ears can be welded on, which significantly increases the recording area becomes.

The second profile part preferably has a essential rectangular cross-section so that it optimal in the receiving groove of the first web part can be introduced. "Rectangular" means not necessarily that strictly geometric rectangular cross-sectional contour, but it these include contours with rounded corners or also with arched sides, for example opposite end faces, to understand.

Finally, it is advantageous if the mounting surface across, in particular rectangular to the object receiving surface runs. Based on these Orientation always ensures that, on the one hand the mechanical stiffening is effective and on the other hand deflection of welding beads is guaranteed is so that the receiving surface is not overlooked.

It is particularly advantageous that the end regions all second web parts with the first web parts are welded. Because the first web parts the profiling, in particular a receiving groove, has, it is ensured that the ends of the second web parts not so inclined be connected to the first web parts so that protruding edges and the like are formed. Rather, the receiving groove forms a corresponding one Leadership that prevents it from producing such protruding edges and the like arise which ensures that the Objects are not scratched.

It is also advantageous that the construction of the Wire frame is done in such a way that a continuous line of the components what is on the one hand from the already mentioned, end areas fastened to the first web parts of the second web parts results and also from that in the central area of the wire frame only continuous parts connected to each other, in particular welded, as the ends - as I said with the first web parts are connected. If at unintentionally producing an offset between two connected in the middle area Web section sections takes place, this leads not closed due to the continuous lines protruding ends, but still affects not negatively on the gentle transport of the flat Objects. On this occasion However, it should be made clear that the normal (flawless) Design provides that the contiguous and sections fastened together of the inner web parts in alignment with each other run, so not relative to each other are offset.

According to a particularly preferred embodiment the wire frame is further provided that no web part or web part section in right angle to the transport direction when inserting the tablets run. When inserting the boards or flat objects the wire frame approximately in a horizontal position. The The item to be brought in becomes or approximately in the longitudinal direction of the first Bridge parts retracted. Since none of the web parts forms a right angle, is a crochet or jerky sliding of the objects avoided, so that surface protection takes place.

The first web parts 2, 3 are in accordance with FIG. 6 Cross-section profiled such that at least a bead 15 is formed, which is one piece is connected to the web part and in the Figure 6 - cross-hatched for clarity is shown. Preferably the first one Web part 2,3 an H-shaped cross-sectional profile 16 on, as can be seen from Figure 6. The H contour leads to two side bridges 17, 18 that over a crossbar 19 integrally connected to each other are. It will therefore be on the top 20 and bottom 21 each have a receiving groove 22, 23. The lateral groove walls 24 of each receiving groove 22,23 form a side wall of the associated Bead 15, the top 20 respectively Bottom 21 the respective crown of the associated one Bead 15 and part of the side surface 25 or 26 of the side webs 17 or 18, a respective other side area of the associated bead 15 form. The side faces 25 and 26 are spherical, so that a gentle contact from the support frame recorded objects.

As can be seen from FIG. 1, the two are Web parts 2 and 3 formed straight, they run approximately parallel to each other. Between the two web parts 2 and 3 are the Web parts 4 to 6 arranged. On top of each other Side of the web parts 2 and 3 are the Support ears 13, the web parts 7 of the web part 2 to 9 and the web part 3, the web parts 10 to 12 assigned.

According to FIG. 6, the second web parts 4 to 12 an essentially rectangular cross-sectional profile on. The bridge part is exemplary in this figure 4 shown. It has two parallel to each other running, flat pages 27, 28, and two arched designed end faces 29.30. After another, Embodiment not shown can be provided that only one side, for example page 28 is flat, so page 27 has any contour. A flat side is sufficient, and only those that are for the Connection to the first web parts required is. The dimension between the end faces 29 and 30 corresponds to within defined tolerances Width of the receiving groove 22.23, so that a precise position Arrangement according to Figure 6 on simple Way is possible. It can be seen that when joining of the first and second web parts one Fastening surface 31 is formed, that is, it is the contact area between the two mentioned Divide. In Figure 6 the mounting surface 31 by applying page 28 to the base 32 the receiving groove 22 is formed. As in Figure 6 can be seen is to the side of this mounting surface 31 each have a bead 15, which is the fastening surface 31 towers above.

It can be seen from FIG. 1 that the second web part 4 has approximately a U-shaped middle part 33, the lower U-web 34 has a kink 35, so that the lower U-web 34 is obtuse. At the top of the U's are about one 90 ° angle each crossbars 36 bent from which in turn connecting webs 37 are bent, the run approximately parallel to the legs of the U's. The attachment of the connecting webs 37 to the first Web parts 2, 3 can be seen from FIGS. 4 and 5. This will be discussed in more detail below.

The second web parts 5 and 6 are mirror images designed to each other, so that in the following only is discussed on the web part 5. It owns about a U-shape with two U-legs 38 and one Grundsteg 39. The Grundsteg 39 is in the area of his one end designed slightly angled, so that a touch zone 40 to the neighboring one Web part 6 is formed. The two free ends 41 of the U-legs 38 also form connecting webs 37, which are connected to the web profile 2. The Indian Figure 1 upper U-leg 38 of the web part 5 is with a section of the U-web 34 connected.

The support ears 13 have a loop-shaped Course and each have one end angled connecting web 37, with which they are connected to the Web parts 2 and 3 are attached.

Möglicherweise zur Seite hin abspritzendes Schweißmaterial kann -gemäß Figur 6- nicht bis zu den Seitenflächen 25 beziehungsweise 26 gelangen, insbesondere diese nicht überragen, da das abspritzende Material durch die seitlichen Nutwände 24 umgelenkt wird.FIG. 3 shows the connection zone from a first one and a second web part, for example the Web 37 of a support tube 13 and the web part 2. It is in the figure 3 before Welding of the parts mentioned. The Web 37 is provided with embossing lugs 42, the by a dot stamping process in the direction of the of the arrow 3 entered in FIG. 3 are. For joining the support tube 13 with the web part 2 is the connecting web 37 in the corresponding Receiving groove 23 introduced so that the Embossing lugs 42 on the base 32 or the Attach mounting surface 31. The welding poles a welding machine, not shown connected to the parts to be joined and the Terminal web 37 fully pressed into the receiving groove 23. Here the material of the embossing lugs melts 42 and a firm welded connection is created. Possibly spraying to the side Welding material cannot - as shown in Figure 6- get to the side surfaces 25 and 26, in particular, do not tower above this, since the splashing material through the side groove walls 24 is deflected.

In Figures 4 and 5, the connection zone between the web part 2 and the web part 4 shown. This is shown in FIG. 4 with a Circle 45 marked. It can be seen that there too the essentially rectangular Profile of the second web part 4 in the receiving groove 22 of the first web part 2 lies precisely in position and the connection by means of spot welding connections 45 generated according to the above description is.

Below is another, not shown Embodiment of a wire frame received, which is only in some details of differs from the embodiment of FIG. 1, so that only the differences are discussed below shall be. These are that the upper U-leg 38 of the support parts 5 and 6 not -As in the embodiment of Figure 1- straight run, but each have a kink, furthermore the free end 41 is not as in FIG 1 upwards, but angled downwards is.
