Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Schnellumschaltung vom Vormischbetrieb in den Diffusionsbetrieb in Brennkammern (9, 10) einer Gasturbine bei Verlöschen der Vormischflamme bzw. bei Auftreten einer Störung, die zum Verlöschen der Vormischflamme führen kann.
Von der Brenngaszufuhrleitung (13) zweigt vor dem Brenngasventil (1) eine Pilotgasleitung (14) ab, in die ein Pilotgasregelventil (2) eingesetzt ist.
Die Brenngaszufuhrleitung (13) verzweigt sich nach dem Brenngasregelventil (1) mit Wegmessung (Z) (4) in Brennstoffzufuhrleitungen (15, 16) für beide Brennkammern (9, 10). Durch den Einbau von je einem Schnellumschaltventil (B) mit Servoventilen V1, V2 (7) in die sich verzweigenden Brennstoffzufuhrleitungen (13) wird die Brennstoffzufuhr zur Diffusionsgasleitung (15) und zur Vormischgasleitung (16) gesteuert.
Die Überwachung der Brennkammern (9, 10) erfolgt im Bereich des Flammrohres (17) durch Druckmessgeräte P1, P2 (5) und durch optische Flammüberwachungen B1, B2 (6).
Der Wegaufnehmer (Z) (4), die Überwachungsgeräte P1, P2 (5), B1, B2 (6) und die Servoventile (V1, V2 (7) der Schnellumschaltventile (3) sind mit einer Ansteuerlogik für Schnellumschaltung (8) verdrahtet.
