Definitions
- Known sliding grates such as those used for cooling cement clinker and other, pourable firing material used exist from a plurality of transverse to the longitudinal and feed directions
- the radiator's rows of grate plates alternate fixed and arranged to move back and forth are, with the grate plates arranged one behind the other overlap each other like a scale.
- the bed to be cooled moves over the top of the plates and acts wearing out. It is known (EP-C 337383; EP-A 537523; US-A 5174747), in the top of the plate in the receiving area, over which the bed slides to provide recesses, in which good particles are retained and in which cooling air outlet openings flow out.
- This arrangement has the advantage that the cooled down in the wells Well the area below the grate plate in front of the thermal and wearing action of the gliding over it Gutbetts protects and that the cooling air through the in material located in the wells is well distributed.
- the front panel section is particularly prone to wear is, you equip it essentially over its entire width with one or more such recesses.
- the rear section is less thermally stressed because it is in periodically changing extent from that arranged behind Grate plate is covered. So that this back plate without can slide significant distance beyond it Surface of this rear section usually more or less smooth and parallel to the direction of the relative movement educated. It is referred to below as the sliding surface.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a sliding grate the way explained in the generic term of Claim 1 is specified, or an associated grate plate with regard to the air supply to the cooling air outlet openings to improve without major expense.
- the reference area on which the lowering of the receiving area is concerned is formed from the imaginary plane that the Sliding surface of the rear grate plate section with the top edge the front ledge bordering the grate plate connects.
- the grate plate Provide facility that is, for example or several transverse ribs.
- the cooling air outlet openings are expediently through Longitudinal slots in the bottom of the depression Cover wall formed, including its edges by cover strips are covered. As a result, the cooling air outlet openings open in about a horizontal direction, which is the possibility reduced to adverse diarrhea.
- the cover strips arranged in the longitudinal direction without stretching relative to the top wall, so that the width of the outlet slots does not go through Thermal expansion can be reduced.
- the cover strips are expediently with the part forming the sliding surface and if necessary, also firmly with the front bar, preferably in one piece connected, while the top wall is a separate part forms, which expediently with the cooling air supply space bottom wall bounding underneath and possibly in one piece connected is.
- a special feature of the invention is close to the front End of the cover strips a contact surface between which the Cover strips comprising the upper plate part and the cover wall comprehensive lower plate part provided, the Direction of this area from the direction of the cooling air outlet openings delimiting surfaces of the top wall and the Cover strips to form a blunt open at the top Angle differs. If the upper plate part is in operation exposed to greater heat, it stretches more than the lower plate part. Since both plate parts in the rear Section of the grate plate are connected together this results in a relative forward movement of the cover strips opposite the top wall. The direction of this forward movement can be influenced by the contact surface.
- the depression expediently extends in the receiving area over the entire grate width.
- the longitudinal gap between two adjacent grate plates can be used to avoid Diarrhea caused by rust must be covered by an inlay.
- the grate plate consists of a lower plate part 1 (hatching to the top right) and an upper plate part 2 (hatching to the bottom right).
- the rear section of the plate forms the lower plate part 1 a cooling air supply opening 21, the edge 3 on the Edge of a corresponding opening of a not shown Grate plate carrier can be placed tightly.
- fastening lugs 4 it can on the grate plate carrier in a known manner be attached.
- the grate plate protrudes from the grate plate support forward to with their front section and especially with its front lower edge 5 that of the rear section of the top of the next grate plate overlap formed sliding surface 6.
- the top of the plate becomes essentially one of the most flat rear sliding surface 6 is formed, over which the front part of the next rear grate plate pushes back and forth.
- In the front section of the plate is its top formed by a sloping slope from the back to the front Cover wall 7, which in two places in the form of a longitudinal opening 8 is interrupted.
- Each longitudinal opening is one Cover strip 9 covered, the edges of which with the edges of the Opening form cooling air outlet slots 10 by a Part of the cover strip 9 are covered and horizontal in height the top of the top wall 7 open.
- the tops of the top wall 7 and the cover strips 9 together form the receiving area.
- the cover strips 9 end in one piece at the front in the front strip 11 of the grate plate. Instead, this headboard could also be replaceable as a wearing part.
- the top edge 12 the front ledge 11 is approximately at the same height as the plane, rear sliding surface 6 of the top of the grate plate. Compared with the imaginary level 18 connecting them are the top wall 7 and the cover strips 9 deeper.
- the recess can be on the side (deviating from the representation in the drawing) Sidebars be limited, which is also opposite the connection level 18 can be arranged lower.
- the top wall 7 runs in one piece to the front edge of the front Bottom wall 16 from.
- the side edges of the top wall 7 and the Bottom wall 16 are connected by walls 15, so that between a cooling air supply space 17 for them and the side walls 15 is included, on the one hand the rear with the cooling air supply opening 2 and on the other hand with the cooling air outlet slots 10 is connected.
- This reduction in cross-section corresponds to the reduction in the amount of cooling air, that has to pass through this space in order to To reach cooling air outlet slots 10. It will a uniform inflow of the cooling air to the cooling air outlet slots 10 and a correspondingly uniform inflow reached in the estate bed. Even the foremost panel area sufficient cooling air is reached.
- Cross ribs 19 rise from the surface of the top wall 7, which contribute to the good located in the recess 13 to hold on and to prevent relative movement in the longitudinal direction.
- the recess 13 extends across the entire width of the Plate and continues in the neighboring plates, if these are also trained. Then there is also the gap 20 between adjacent plates within the recess (Fig.6). As far as the upper limit of the gap 20 within of the quiet good that is held in the recess the amount of fine material falling into the gap remains low. This applies all the more as the cooling air flow according to Fig.3 is directed parallel to the bottom of the recess and therefore the likelihood is great that about in the recess removed fine material removed with the cooling air flow before it reaches the plate gap. But it can also additional sealant is provided for the plate gap 20 be, for example the cover strip shown in FIG 22.
- the upper limit of the cooling air outlet slots 10 becomes formed by the cover strips 9 leading to the upper plate part belong and at their front end opposite the lower one Are free of stretch.
- the lower limit of the Cooling air outlet slots 10 are formed by the top wall 7, which belongs to the lower plate part. As a result of the bevel the lower limit of these parts is further back than that arranged upper.
- the cover part 2 of the grate plate takes in Operation at a higher temperature and will stretch more as the bottom part 1 of the grate plate. As a result, the upper and front limits of the cooling air outlet gap 10 moves forward more than the lower limit, which is an enlargement of the cross section of the cooling air outlet slot equals.
- the upper grate plate part or the front End of the cover strips 9 on the lower grate plate part is supported via a contact surface 14, which with the boundary surfaces of the cooling air outlet slot 10 one up opening, obtuse angle includes alpha.
- the surface 14 horizontally or parallel to the imaginary Plate surface 18 run.
- the gap-limiting surface of the cover strip 9 on the front End parallel to the gap delimitation surface of the top wall 7 shifts or even approaches.
- the cover strips 9 take on their Temperature at the top than at the bottom. This causes them to bulge up a little. There them at the front end by resting on the front end of the bottom part 1 of the grate plate are supported, they bulge from the lower limit of the air outlet slots 10 path.
- the embodiment shows a uniform, straightforward Lowering the cover plate 7 and the cover strips 9 from about Height of the rear sliding surface 6 to almost the depth of the base plate 16.
- the top wall 7 forms at the transition to the rear, upper plate section 6 a small step (Fig.3), the has a positive effect on holding cool goods.
- This Level can also be omitted, as is the case with the cover strips 9 Case is, or be more trained.
- the lowering can also in stages instead of continuously perform.
