Description

The invention relates to a hearing aid, in particular an in-the-ear hearing aid with a microphone, a transmission part for signal processing and a housing containing an output transducer, and a one Battery-containing battery compartment and a battery compartment closing the battery compartment lid hinged to the housing or with a battery drawer hinged to the housing.

There are two problems with the construction of such hearing aids, the always lead to difficulties.

For one thing, the in-the-ear hearing aids should be as small as possible, above all for cosmetic reasons.

On the other hand, the widest possible variety of operating options and features can be provided. If you can do without a remote control this is an almost unsolvable problem.

In particular, there is a lack of hearing aids that are getting smaller and smaller in sufficient space for the accommodation of actuators for the Loudspeaker, for lowering or lowering, for output sound pressure or even for the selection of different transmission characteristics or one Switch from the microphone to the telephone coil.

This is particularly critical for in-the-ear hearing aids because of the battery cover often a very large part of the wearer's hearing aid accessible surface area.

However, battery covers with an on-off switch have been known for a long time.

Durch Druck auf den Druckknopf wird die Batterie in achsialer Richtung relativ zum Deckel verschoben und drückt die Membrane und damit die Kontaktpille gegen die gegenüberliegenden Kontaktfahnen und schließt damit den Kontakt des dadurch gebildeten Druckschalters.DE 35 05 390 includes an in-the-ear hearing aid for the prior art a front panel and a housing adjoining it with a pivotable Known cover, which has a recess on its inside with the dimensions of at least part of the battery and one Cover penetrating bore, which can be operated from the outside Push button is pushed through, which rests on the top of the battery. Under the battery by the push button in the axial direction is displaceable against a certain resilient bias an insulating biased against the cover in the axial direction Membrane, which has a metallic contact pill on its underside, the two contact flags are opposite. By pressing the push button the battery is moved in the axial direction relative to the cover and presses the membrane and thus the contact pill against the opposite one Contact flags and thus closes the contact of the thus formed Pressure switch.

It also mentions that using a flip-flop can be switched between two preset volumes, or that the volume is increased or decreased with the help of a counter can be.

However, this known construction is complex and complex to an extent, that thereby the desired or feasible reduction of Appears questioned device.

Furthermore, US-A 5,201,008 is a hearing aid to be worn in the ear Conventional design known, in which the gain via a volume control adjustable through an opening in a battery closing lid hinged to the housing accessible to the user is. Instead, the volume should also be adjusted a push button be possible, which is also through the opening of the Lid should be accessible.

The present invention aims to achieve a greater number of Setting options for a hearing aid of the type mentioned Kind of a simpler, much more elegant way to go alongside that normal switching on of the device through the battery cover Activate a variety of functions of the hearing aid in a simple manner to be able to.

To achieve this, the structure constructed according to the invention is distinguished Hearing aid by pressing the in the closed position lid or the battery drawer in the closed position self and directly operable contact arrangement and by a thereby activatable for a variety of functions of the hearing aid electronic control logic.

The arrangement is preferably such that the contact arrangement through a spring-loaded, over the normal closed position Extending movement of the lid or the battery drawer can be actuated is.

Further features of the invention are to be found in the further claims remove.

The invention will now be used in connection with exemplary embodiments explained in detail with the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 3
another embodiment of the invention.

In Fig. 1 ist rein schematisch ein Hörhilfsgerät, beispielsweise ein Im-Ohr-Hörhilfsgerät 1 gezeigt, in dem neben der üblichen zwischen Mikrofon und Hörer angeordneten Verstärkerschaltung, einem Übertragungsteil 2 in dem Gehäuse 3 neben der in einem Batteriefach enthaltenen Batterie 4, das durch einen am Gehäuse angelenkten Deckel 5 verschließbar ist, eine elektronische Steuerlogik 6 vorgesehen ist, die durch Druck auf den in seiner Schließstellung befindlichen Deckel über eine Kontaktanordnung 7 aktivierbar ist.1 shows a hearing aid, for example an in-the-ear hearing aid, purely schematically 1 shown, in which in addition to the usual between microphone and Amplifier circuit arranged in the receiver, a transmission part 2 in the Housing 3 next to the battery 4 contained in a battery compartment, which by a lid 5 hinged to the housing can be closed, an electronic one Control logic 6 is provided by pressing on in its closed position located lid can be activated via a contact arrangement 7.

Dieser federnde Kontakt 9 liegt beispielsweise auf der Oberfläche der Batterie 4 an.For this purpose, the cover 5 is metallic on its inside conductive connection 8 provided, on the one hand via a preferably resilient contact with a pole of the battery is conductively connected. This Resilient contact 9 lies, for example, on the surface of the battery 4.

This metallic conductive connection 8 is also with one of the voltage supply the control logic serving input terminal 10 conductively connected. In addition, the metallic conductive connection 8 has on its front side, arranged at the edge of the lid, a make contact 11.

The other pole of the battery is via a contact 20 with the other input terminal serving to supply the control logic 12 conductively connected.

At the upper edge of the housing there is a contact opposite the make contact 11 13 provided, which is conductively connected to a control input 14 of the control logic is.

During normal operation of the hearing aid, the contacts 11 and 13 are separated from one another. By going beyond the closed position of the cover 5, Movement caused by pressure on the cover closes the contacts 11 and 13, which activates the control logic.

This control logic can have a number of different programmed transmission characteristics contain. You could also think of further criteria such as volume, output sound pressure, lowering or This enables activation of the subsidence. A conceivable possibility is to close the contact 11, 13 several times with different durations actuate, which would result in a variety of activation options.

The embodiment of the invention shown in FIG. 2 shows a hearing aid, preferably an in-the-ear hearing aid with a battery charger 5a also by pressure, preferably against a spring action, over their normal closed position moved for the activation of the control electronics can be. The normal indicated can again be seen in the housing 3 Hearing aid and the control electronics above. Of course you will normally the entire electronics of the hearing aid, including including the new control electronics 6 in a single highly integrated Accommodate circuit.

In the exemplary embodiment shown here, the two poles of the battery 4 via connection contacts 9a or 20a with those used for the voltage supply Input terminals of the control electronics, the input terminals 10 and 12, conductively connected. Furthermore, a contact arrangement is provided, the a contact 15 has a certain distance from the second contact 16. The first contact 15 is preferably resilient. The contact 15 is conductively connected to the control input 14 of the control electronics, while the contact 16 is conductively connected to a further control input 17 is.

Through a normal closed position by pressing the battery door generated movement can then the control electronics over the closing of contacts 15, 16 are activated. It should be noted that the contact 15 rests on the insulating outside of the battery drawer 5a, that is, neither with one is still connected to the other pole of the battery. That is, that the control electronics must be designed such that the activation is initiated by closing the contacts 15, 16.

The statements made in Fig. 1 for actuation apply equally to the embodiment 2.

Fig. 3 shows a similar embodiment of the invention as Fig. 2, wherein same parts are provided with the same reference numerals and another Essentially no explanation is required.

One pole of the battery is connected to the one of the contact 20a Power supply to the control logic 6 serving input terminal 12 connected.

To supply power to the other input terminal 10 of the control logic 6 is a preferably resilient contact 18 of a contact arrangement 18, 19 provided, the contact 18 on the other pole of the battery forming metallic outer surface. The second contact 19 of the contact arrangement is connected to the control input 14 of the control logic 6.

The actuation, i.e. the activation of the control logic is carried out exactly the same way as in Fig. 2. By pressing the battery door 5a against a certain spring pressure, the contacts 18, 19 can be closed, whereby the activation of the control logic is effected.

As already explained in connection with FIG. 1, here too multiple actuation of the contact arrangement 18, 19 with different Duration triggered a number of different functions of the hearing aid become.

It is therefore obvious that this relatively simple construction of a Hearing aid by means of an additional control logic provided single or multiple actuation of an additional contact arrangement Different functions of the hearing aid can be activated.
