Description
Claims (12)
- Machine de câblage, du genre mettant en oeuvre, pour la réalisation d'un câble électrique (10) comportant au moins deux paires (11) de fils (12) isolés, d'une part, pour chacune des paires (11), des moyens de torsion (15) propres à torsader ensemble deux fils (12) destinés à former une telle paire (11), dits ici par simple commodité moyens de torsion primaires, et, d'autre part, pour l'ensemble des paires (11), des moyens de torsion (18) propres à torsader ensemble les diverses paires (11), dits ci-après moyens de torsion secondaires, caractérisée en ce que sont successivement prévus, entre les moyens de torsion primaires (15) et les moyens de torsion secondaires (18), un poste de rubannage (23), qui permet d'associer à chacune des paires (11) un ruban (13') destiné à s'enrouler autour d'elle, une filière de commettage (24), qui présente, pour le passage des diverses paires (11) et de leurs rubans (13') respectifs, autant de perçages (26) qu'il y a de telles paires (11), et une filière d'assemblage (25), qui présente, elle, pour le passage de l'ensemble des paires (11), un perçage (27) unique, la filière d'assemblage (25) intervenant à proximité immédiate de la filière de commettage (24).
- Machine de câblage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la filière d'assemblage (25) intervient à une distance (D) de la filière de commettage (24) au plus égale à la moitié du pas (P) d'un ruban (13') autour d'une paire (11).
- Machine de câblage suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la filière d'assemblage (25) intervient à une distance (D) nulle de la filière de commettage (24), l'entrée (28) du perçage (27) de cette filière d'assemblage (25) étant immédiatement consécutive aux sorties (29) des perçages (26) de la filière de commettage (24).
- Machine de câblage suivant la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la filière d'assemblage (25) est solidaire de la filière de commettage (24).
- Machine de câblage suivant la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la filière d'assemblage (25) et la filière de commettage (24) appartiennent conjointement à une pièce monobloc.
- Machine de câblage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que, pour chacune des paires (11), le poste de rubannage (23) intervient de manière à ce que, à l'entrée de la filière de commettage (24), le ruban (13') associé à une telle paire (11) s'étende parallèlement à celle-ci.
- Machine de câblage suivant la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de torsion primaires (15) intervenant à distance de l'axe (A) de l'ensemble et étant suivis par au moins deux poulies de renvoi (19, 20) permettant à la paire (11) correspondante d'être rapprochée de cet axe (A), le poste de rubannage (23) intervient en amont d'une desdites poulies de renvoi (19, 20) et assure la pose du ruban (13') correspondant suivant la gorge (36) même de celle-ci.
- Machine de câblage suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le poste de rubannage (23) intervient en amont de la poulie de renvoi (20) la plus en aval.
- Machine de câblage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 7, 8, caractérisée en ce que la filière de commettage (24) intervient au plus près de la poulie de renvoi (20) la plus en aval.
- Machine de câblage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisée en ce que, les moyens de torsion primaires (15) étant des moyens de torsion assurant un sens de câblage alterné, la poulie de renvoi (19) la plus en amont intervient au plus près de ces moyens de torsion primaires (15).
- Machine de câblage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que les perçages (26) de la filière de commettage (24) convergent conjointement vers l'axe (A) de l'ensemble.
- Machine de câblage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que chacun des perçages (26) de la filière de commettage (24) forme un convergent pour assurer par lui-même l'enrobage de la paire (11) correspondante par le ruban (13') qui est associé à celle-ci.
