After having rotated through a given angle of rotation, the sleeves will slide against one another through the medium of the upper planar surfaces 50, Fig. 5c. Uneven loading is also avoided in this case, because each sleeve has two diametrically disposed surfaces similar to the cam surfaces 52.
  • the planar upper surfaces 50 function so as to render it unnecessary to hold an open port in place as in the case of hinges that have sloping surfaces for the whole of the opening movement, and also to distribute the abutment pressure over a wider area when the port is open, wherewith wear on the surfaces will be less than in the case of conventional rising hinges.

Claims (9)

  1. Charnière de porte ou de portail (10) possédant une partie fixe (12) qui comprend un manchon (26), une partie mobile (30) qui comprend un manchon (36), et une tige (22) qui a pour fonction de connecter mutuellement lesdits manchons (23, 26) et qui forme le centre de rotation de ladite partie mobile, de sorte que la surface d'extrémité de chaque manchon possède disposées autour de sa périphérie
    deux premières surfaces (50) planes, substantiellement horizontales ;
    deux surfaces de came (52) qui sont jointives avec les premières surfaces (50) selon un angle donné ;
    deux deuxièmes surfaces (54) planes qui sont jointives aux surfaces de came (52) et qui sont substantiellement parallèles audites premières surfaces (50) ;
    et deux troisièmes surfaces (56) qui sont situées entre les premières et deuxièmes surfaces en contact avec elles et qui s'étendent perpendiculairement aux premières surfaces (50) ; selon laquelle les surfaces des manchons sont en butée avec des surfaces correspondantes du second manchon dans une position fermée non saillante de sorte que pendant une partie donnée du mouvement d'ouverture les surfaces de cames respectives desdits manchons glissent l'une sur l'autre et de cette façon soulèvent le portail ; et selon laquelle les premières surfaces (50) planes desdits manchons glissent l'une sur l'autre pendant le restant dudit mouvement d'ouverture, caractérisée en ce que la position de l'un des manchons (26) le long de la tige (22) peut être modifiée verticalement à l'aide de moyens de réglage (24) pour régler la position de départ entre les parties de charnière rotatives l'une par rapport à l'autre, et en ce que le manchon (26) comprend des moyens de blocage (28) qui permettent au manchon (26) de tourner autour de la tige (22) pour l'ajustement des parties des charnières rotatives l'une par rapport à l'autre à une position de départ qui agissent de manière à bloquer lesdites parties sur la tige lorsque la position souhaitée a été atteinte ; et en ce que l'une des dites partie fixe (12) ou partie mobile (30) comprend des moyens d'ajustement de sa position latérale.
  2. Charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la surface des paires respectives sont disposées diamétralement sur les deux côtés du centre de rotation de ladite tige.
  3. Charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de réglage comprennent un filetage le long d'au moins une partie de la tige et un écrou réglable qui le recouvre.
  4. Charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque surface de came (52) sur chaque manchon s'étend circonférentiellement sur un angle compris entre 35 et 40°.
  5. Charnière selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la surface de came (52) sur chaque manchon a une inclinaison entre 37 et 41°.
  6. Charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les premières et deuxièmes surfaces planes (50, 54) sur chaque manchon comprennent circonférentiellement un arc s'étendant sur entre 65 et 75°.
  7. Charnière selon la revendication 1 ; caractérisée par une pièce fixe (12) qui comprend une plaque de montage (14) qui possède une ouverture (16) s'étendant horizontalement et qui est destinée à être montée adjacente à une ouverture de portail ; un élément de fixation (20) solidaire de la plaque de montage et portant une tige (22) au moins partiellement filetée ; un manchon inférieur (26) ajusté sur la tige (22) ; une partie mobile (30) qui comporte une plaque de montage (32) destinée à être montée sur une porte ; un élément de fixation (34) solidaire de la fixation (34) et portant un manchon supérieur (36) qui est destiné à être placé sur ladite tige (22), ladite tige formant le centre de rotation de ladite partie mobile,
    selon laquelle la surface d'extrémité de chaque manchon possède disposées à sa périphérie
    deux premières surfaces (50) planes, substantiellement horizontales ;
    deux surfaces de came (52) jointives avec les premières surfaces (50) selon un angle donné ;
    deux deuxièmes surfaces (54) planes qui sont jointives avec les surfaces de came (52) et qui sont substantiellement parallèles aux dites premières surfaces (50);
    et deux troisièmes surfaces (56) qui sont situées entre les premières et secondes surfaces de manière jointives avec elles et qui s'étendent perpendiculairement aux premières surfaces (50) ; selon laquelle des surfaces des manchons sont au contact de surfaces correspondantes du second manchon dans une position fermée non saillante de telle sorte que pendant une partie donnée du mouvement d'ouverture les surfaces de came respectives desdits manchons glissent l'une sur l'autre et ainsi soulèvent le portail ; et selon laquelle les premières surfaces (50) planes desdits manchons glissent l'une sur l'autre pendant le restant dudit mouvement d'ouverture.
  8. Charnière selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'un écrou (24) est placé sur la partie filetée de la tige (22) pour modifier la position du manchon inférieur (26), et ainsi également la position de la porte, par rapport à la plaque de montage (14) de la partie fixe et ainsi l'ouverture.
  9. Charnière selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le manchon inférieur (26) est rotatif par rapport à la tige (22) et est pourvu de moyens de blocage (28) qui permettent au manchon (26) de tourner autour de la tige (22) pour l'ajustement des parties de charnières rotatives l'une par rapport à l'autre à une position de départ et qui agissent de manière à bloquer lesdites parties sur la tige lorsque la position désirée a été atteinte.
