Abstract
Es wird ein fluidbetätigter Drehantrieb vorgeschlagen, der ein Antriebsgehäuse (1) aufweist, an dem eine zu einer Drehbewegung antreibbare Abtriebswelle drehgelagert ist, an der ihrerseits eine aus dem Antriebsgehäuse (1) herausragende mitdrehende Steuerpartie (14) vorgesehen ist. Die Steuerpartie (14) arbeitet mit einer Positionserfassungseinrichtung (23) zusammen, die eine Positionierung der Abtriebswelle (3) in bestimmten Drehwinkelpositionen ermöglicht und die einen fest mit dem Antriebsgehäuse (1) verbundenen Grundkörper und einen an dem Grundkörper (32) drehbar gelagerten Drehkörper (35) aufweist. An dem Drehkörper (35) ist eine unkreisförmig profilierte erste Kupplungspartie (52) und an der Steuerpartie (14) eine zu der ersten Kupplungspartie (52) koaxiale, unkreisförmig profilierte zweite Kupplungspartie (53) vorgesehen, die über ein Kupplungsteil (51) miteinander verbunden sind, das zum Ausgleich von Fluchtungsfehlern zwischen den Längsachsen der Kupplungspartien (52, 53) zumindest teilweise als Elastikkörper ausgebildet ist. The invention relates to a fluid-operated rotary drive which has a drive housing (1) on which an output shaft which can be driven to rotate is rotatably mounted, on which in turn a co-rotating control section (14) protruding from the drive housing (1) is provided. The control section (14) cooperates with a position detection device (23) which enables the output shaft (3) to be positioned in certain rotational angle positions and which has a base body which is fixedly connected to the drive housing (1) and a rotary body which is rotatably mounted on the base body (32) ( 35). A non-circular profiled first coupling part (52) is provided on the rotating body (35) and a non-circular profiled second coupling part (53) is provided on the control part (14), which is coaxial with the first coupling part (52) and is connected to one another via a coupling part (51) are, which is at least partially designed as an elastic body to compensate for misalignment between the longitudinal axes of the coupling parts (52, 53).
