Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Brenner (1) mit mindestens einer Mischkammer (2) für das Brenngas- Luft-Gemisch und mit einem mit Auslaßöffnungen (17) versehenen Brennerkopf (14), wobei die Auslaßöffnungen (17) in einer Reihe parallel verlaufend angeordnet sind. Es wird vorgeschlagen, daß im Brennerkopf (14) mindestens zwei Reihen (32, 34) von Auslaßöffnungen (17) vorgesehen sind, die in Querrichtung der Mischkammer (2) versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind. Aufgrund dieser Anordnung werden u.a. Resonanzerscheinungen des Brenners (1) verhindert und damit ein geräuscharmer Betrieb gewährleistet.
