Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Glaseckwinkel gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches.The invention relates to a glass corner angle according to the preamble of the main claim.
In der gattungsbildenden DE 31 00 176 C2 wird ein Eckstück für die Halterung einer Glasscheibe beschrieben, bei welchem an den mit dem Fensterrahmen in Kontakt kommenden Seiten der Schenkel vorspringende Verbindungsbolzen vorgesehen sind, die bei Einsatz des Eckstückes in entsprechend vorgebohrte Bohrungen des eigentlichen Fensterrahmens eingesetzt werden können, d. h. eingeschlagen werden. Mit anderen Worten ausgedrückt wird vorgeschlagen, daß der Eckwinkel nicht nur zur Halterung der Glasscheibe in der Ebene der Glasscheibe dient, sondern auch Beanspruchungen aufnehmen kann, die senkrecht zur Ebene der Glasscheibe gerichtet sind, so daß die vorgesehenen vier Eckwinkel die Scheibe am Fensterrahmen festlegen. Weiterhin ist vorgesehen, daß in den Schenkeln des Glaseckwinkels und über die Schenkellänge verteilt quer zur Ausrichtung der Schenke verlaufende Bohrungen zur Aufnahme von Befestigungsschrauben angeordnet sind. Vorzugsweise wird dabei so vorgegangen, daß der Abstand der Bohrungen etwa 20 - 30 mm voneinander aufweist, und nunmehr ist es für den Monteur des Glaseckwinkels möglich, je nach Schwere der zu halternden Glasscheibe mehr oder weniger Schrauben anzuwenden und mittels dieser Schrauben den Glaseckwinkel am Fensterrahmen festzulegen. Da die Festlegung des Glaseckwinkels unmittelbar durch Einbohren der Schrauben erfolgt, kann eine Differenz der vorgesehenen Bohrung mit dem tatsächlichen Einsatzfall der Schraube nicht auftreten, so daß für eine sichere und sorgfältige Halterung des Glaseckwinkels Sorge getragen ist.In other words, it is proposed that the corner angle not only hold the glass pane in the plane serves the glass pane, but can also absorb stresses which are directed perpendicular to the plane of the glass pane, so that the four corner angles provided fix the pane on the window frame.
