Abstract

The doll stand has a base, a vertical support part between the legs of the doll when in use, a carrying part and holding parts. A coupling part connects the carrying part to the vertical support part. The carrying part is a single manufacture with a coupling part extending downwards from its middle section and holding parts which project upwardly from its end. The carrying part is bandaged onto the doll, and the doll and carrying part are placed on the vertical support part. The lower end of the support part is either attached to a visible base plate or, in an embodiment without the base plate, in or below a presentation plate. The legs can be moved and the doll can be rotated either mechanically or by hand. The holding parts may include tension straps, brackets, and it may be formed as a seat bowl.

Description

Doll stand

The invention relates to a doll stand with a support part on which a support part for a doll is arranged, which can be arranged on the lower body between the legs of the doll in order to support the body of the doll from below.

Such a known doll stand, shown in FIG. 1, which supports the doll on the lower body between the legs from below, consists of a flat support part connected to a base plate, which has a saddle-shaped depression at its upper free end. A doll with her lower body can be placed on this depression, as a result of which the doll is supported between her legs from below. In order to prevent the doll from falling forward or backward from the support part (the legs of the doll are supported by the support part on the side), projections are arranged in pairs below the recess on the left and right of the support part Thighs lie against the front and back of these and thus prevent the legs of the doll from moving and consequently prevent the doll from tipping forward or backward. The prerequisite for this, however, is that the hip joints of the doll are sufficiently firm, since otherwise the body of the doll can tip over even though the legs are held on the support part.

This known doll stand is used for approximately 30 cm tall, very slim and light-weight dolls whose hip joints are pressed in and therefore have considerable frictional resistance. For dolls e.g. However, these doll stands are not suitable with elastic draw joints whose hip joints are easily movable. This known doll stand is therefore also not suitable for, for example, larger dolls or antique dolls with a high center of gravity (head, wig, hat, jewelry), in which the joints often also do not have sufficient strength, generally in the case of dolls in which the hip joints are unable to prevent the doll's body from tipping over.

A doll stand is known from DE-GM 92 05 195, in which one leg of the doll must always stand up on the base plate and is therefore also burdened by the weight of the doll, among other things also because the attachment of the upper body of the doll to the support part is not suitable for fully supporting the weight of the doll, without fear of damage to the doll's body due to the doll being attached to the support part too firmly.

Furthermore, doll stands shown in FIG. 2 are known, which are usually used in collection showcases and museums. With these doll stands, a molded tube is connected to the base plate, into which a resilient clamping wire is inserted, which is bent together at its lower end and formed into clips at its upper ends. These clips are placed around the doll's torso. Then the clamp wire with its bent lower end is pushed into the molded tube until the pressure on the clamps is large enough to hold the doll. Since it is necessary for the dolls to stand on the base plate in this position, several attempts are usually necessary until the desired height of the support part is reached and the holding force of the support part is sufficiently large to support the weight of the doll. The precious and fragile clothing of antique dolls can be deformed and damaged. If the pressure of the clamps is too great, the body paint of antique dolls can also splinter. If the pressure is too low, the doll will sink more and more over time and hang unsightly on the support part. The center of gravity can shift and a fall is possible.

A further disadvantage of the doll stand shown in FIG. 2 is the mostly incompatibility of the angle of the molded tube / base plate with the angle of the line connecting the back / buttocks to the base plate. In order to be able to support the center of gravity, which is high in antique dolls, with some certainty through the base plate, larger base plates are therefore necessary.

Furthermore, the presentation of dolls in the latter doll stands is limited to the front view, because both the molded tube and the clamping wire are to be hidden, which represents an undue impairment of the presentation of the dolls. The clothing of antique dolls is also very important, so that you should be able to look at the doll from all sides.

The object of the present invention is to provide a doll stand which avoids the disadvantages of the known doll stands and opens up new forms of presentation.

This object is achieved in that a holder is arranged on the supporting part, which is led up at least into the area of the doll's pelvis and supports the doll's body against tipping over.

The doll stand according to the invention prevents the doll from tipping over from the support part, but at the same time the advantages of the known doll stand can be exploited that the weight of the doll is absorbed from below by the support part on the lower body of the doll, in other words that the doll "sits" on the support part, whereby a clamping of the doll body on the support part with the disadvantages mentioned, ie possible damage to the doll's body or clothing or sinking of the doll is avoided. Furthermore, the support part or support part of the doll can be arranged between the legs of the doll, where it is barely visible and in many cases largely covered by the clothes of the doll.

The fact that the doll weight (for doll sizes of about 60 cm to 2 kg and for 100 cm up to 5 kg) is absorbed on the abdomen between the legs and at the same time reliably prevents the doll from tipping down from the support part are technical Preconditions exist that the stability is optimal, since the center of gravity of the doll cannot shift, that the doll cannot sink, that the clothes are protected and not deformed and fall naturally, and that the legs of the doll are relieved of the weight of the doll . This makes graceful leg positions possible. Since the support part (e.g. round steel, diameter 3 mm for doll large of about 30 cm and 6 mm for doll sizes of about 100 cm) can be relatively thin, it is inconspicuous compared to the lower legs of the doll and, since it can be arranged between the legs of the doll, is largely from the dress of the doll covered. The structure of a first embodiment of a doll stand according to the invention is explained below with reference to FIG. 3. The doll stand has a foot part 1 made of metal, wood, plastic etc. in the form of a plate, decorative plate, a tripod or the like. With the foot part 1, a support part 2 is connected either fixedly or releasably, which can consist, for example, of a rod or tube or a combination thereof. The one-part or multi-part support part 2 connects the foot part 1 to a support part 3, which is arranged between the legs of the doll and on which the doll sits or which the doll body of supported below and absorbs the weight of the doll. The doll can stand up with its legs on the foot part 1, but does not have to.

A support part 3, which can be, for example, a wire bracket, is arranged in the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 3, a coupling part 4 in the form of a pin 55, e.g. soldered, which can be inserted into the upper part of the tubular support part 2 to connect the support part 3 to the support part 2. However, this connection can also be formed by any other plug, screw or clamp connection. The pull strips 5, 6 can be made of thin sheet metal or plastic, for example. The tensile strips 5, 6 absorb the resulting tensile forces when the doll is acted upon and transmit them via the support part 3, the coupling part 4 and the support part 2 to the foot part 1.

So that the pulling strips 5, 6 can absorb the tensile forces, they are brought up on the belly and back of the doll's body up to above the doll's pelvis and bandaged firmly to the doll. If the distance between the legs of the doll on the lower body is not filled by the continuous support part 3, a spacer, preferably a rubber block, can be attached to the support part 3 between the legs in order to prevent the support part 3 from slipping.

The joint 54 is formed by a washer 56 arranged on the supporting part 3 and a fork-shaped carrier 57 connected to the pin 55, in the slot of which the washer 56 is received, which are connected to one another by means of a joint pin 58.

In order to be able to fix the angle between support part 3 and pin 55, depressions 59 are arranged on the edge of the disk 56, into which a tip 60 of the pin 55 engages when the latter is screwed into the carrier 57. Of course, the positive connection 59, 60 between the washer 56 and pin 55 can also be replaced by a frictional connection if this is sufficient due to lower forces that occur. In order to prevent the pin 55 from being rotated out of the carrier 57, a counter nut 61 is also provided, by means of which the pin 55 can be braced against the carrier 57. In order to facilitate the screwing in of the pin 55 into the carrier 57 or to be able to establish a sufficiently firm connection between the pin 55 and the disk 56, the pin 55 also has two mutually opposite recesses 62, to which, for example, an open-end wrench can be attached . If the joint of the coupling part 4 shown in FIG. 5 is not provided, the angle between the support part 3 and the support part 2 can of course also be set by simply bending the pin 55.

FIG. 6 shows a simplified embodiment of a support part 3 with a holder on a lower body of a doll, which is only indicated schematically. The support part 3 is formed in one piece with brackets 9, 10, which are guided upwards on the front and rear of the pelvis and thus form a holder which prevent the doll from tipping forward or back. In order to be able to additionally support the doll laterally, eyelets 11, 12 are provided in the area of the upper ends of the brackets 9, 10, through which a band, a belt or the like can be passed in order to strap the doll on.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, the holding device is further developed in that essentially cruciform holding plates 15, 16 (preferably made of plastic) are fastened to a rear bracket 13 and a front bracket 14 which are formed in one piece with the supporting part 3 are.
