Abstract

Die Wärmeaustauschleistung von Rohren (1) aus schwer formbaren metallischen oder aus keramischen Werkstoffen mit im wesentlichen glatten Innenoberflächen für Rohrbündelwärmeaustauscher wird verbessert, indem der Innenraum der Rohre mit einem strangförmigen Einsatz (4) versehen wird, dessen äußere Oberfläche mit in der Fluidströmung im Rohr Turbulenzen erzeugenden Profilierungen wie Wellen oder Noppen (6,12,13) versehen ist. Bevorzugte Einsätze sind Wellrohre aus chemisch resistenten und thermisch beständigen Kunststoffen.
