Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Anbringung von Zugpfählen (3) zur Sicherung der Stabilität eines Bauwerks (1) gegenüber einem Untergrund (2), wonach ein Loch (6) bis in die Verankerungszone im Boden gebohrt wird, Kabel und/oder andere Verstärkungselemente (4) in das Bohrloch eingeführt werden und durch das genannte Bohrloch eine Zementsuspension injiziert wird, um einen Ankerkörper (7) in der genannten Verankerungszone zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrung mit Hilfe eines Rohres (8) durchgeführt wird, welches an seinem stirnseitigen Ende mit einem Bohr- und Injektionswerkzeug (9; 18, 21) versehen ist, wobei dieses Rohr einen Zementinjektionskanal (10, 19) bildet und das genannte Werkzeug mindestens zwei seitliche Düsen (13, 14; 23, 24), die in entgegengesetzte Richtungen gerichtet sind, und einen Bohrwerkzeugteil (12) aufweist, der einen den genannten Injektionskanal (10) verlängernden axialen Kanal (11) besitzt, wobei ein Ventil (15) zwischen dem Eingang des genannten axialen Kanals (11) und den genannten Düsen (13, 14) angeordnet ist, so dass der genannte Eingang vor der Injektion der unter Druck stehenden Zementsuspension geschlossen werden kann, dass die Injektion der genannten Zementsuspension durch die genannten Düsen in den benachbarten Boden radial in Bezug auf das Rohr mit einem Druck, der grösser ist als etwa 15 MPa (150 bar) erfolgt, wobei dieses Rohr um seine Achse gedreht wird und kontinuierlich oder diskontinuierlich über eine gegebene Verankerungslänge zurückgezogen wird, dass danach die Injektion beendet wird und das Rohr zur Gänze zurückgezogen wird, wobei die genannten Kabel oder anderen Verstärkungselemente (4) in das Bohrloch (6) vor dem Erhärten des Zements bis in den sich bildenden Ankerkörper eingeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Injektionsdruck zwischen 15 und 50 MPa (150 und 500 bar) liegt.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadruch gekennzeichnet, dass der Injektionsdruck zwischen 50 und 90 MPa (500 und 900 bar) liegt.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Rohr (8) erneut in das Bohrloch und in den Ankerkörper vor dem Erhärten des Zements eingeführt wird, nachdem das Bohr- und Injektionswerkzeug (9) durch eine stirnseitige ringförmige Krone (16) ersetzt wurde, die einen axialen Kanal (17) aufweist, dessen innerer Durchmesser im wesentlichen gleich dem inneren Durchmesser des Rohres (8) ist, dass die genannten Kabel und/oder anderen Verstärkungselemente durch das genannte Rohr eingeführt werden und dieses Rohr zurückgezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Zementsuspension durch die genannte Krone (16) während des Wiedereinführens des Rohres (8) bis zum Grund des Bohrloches injiziert wird.
