Claims (11)

  1. Rücksitzvorrichtung (10), die an einem erhöhten hinteren Abschnitt (14A) eines Bodens (14) eines Fahrzeugs angeordnet ist, wobei der Boden (14) zwischen einem vorderen Bereich des erhöhten hinteren Abschnitts (14A) und einem Bereich des Bodens (14) vor dem erhöhten hinteren Abschnitt (14) eine Stufe aufweist, mit:
    einem Rücksitzkissen (12), das eine Sitzfläche und eine Bodenfläche (12C) entgegengesetzt zur Sitzfläche aufweist, und
    einem Drehschlittenmechanismus (18), der das Rücksitzkissen (12) in der Weise drehgelenkig mit dem erhöhten Abschnitt (14A) des Bodens (14) verbindet, daß es sich aus einem horizontalen Sitzzustand um etwa 90° zur Vorderseite des Fahrzeugs in einen aufrechten Zustand schwenken läßt, und der mit dem Rücksitzkissen (12) in der Weise verschiebbar in Eingriff steht, daß es sich gegenüber dem Boden (14) verschieben läßt,
       wobei das Rücksitzkissen (12) im Sitzzustand so an dem erhöhten Abschnitt (14A) des Bodens (14) angeordnet ist, daß ein Insasse auf der Sitzfläche Platz nehmen kann und die Bodenfläche (12C) nahe dem erhöhten Abschnitt (14A) des Bodens (14) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß
       der Drehschlittenmechanismus (18) im aufrechten Zustand das Rücksitzkissen (12) in der Weise nach unten verschieben läßt, daß es an dessen Bodenfläche (12C) gegen eine vertikale Wandfäche (14B) der Stufe des Bodens (14) anliegt.
  2. Rücksitzvorrichtung (10) für ein Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Drehschlittenmechanismus (18) an der Bodenfläche (12C) des Rücksitzkissens (12) angebracht ist.
  3. Rücksitzvorrichtung (10) für ein Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Drehschlittenmechanismus (18) einen Rücksitzkissenführungsteil (22) aufweist, der das Rücksitzkissen (12) für eine Bewegung in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung führt.
  4. Rücksitzvorrichtung (10) für ein Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Drehschlittenmechanismus (18) ein Gelenk (24) bestehend aus einer unteren Platte (30), einer oberen Platte (28) und einem die untere Platte (30) drehgelenkig mit der oberen Platte (28) verbindenden Verbindungsteil (26) aufweist, wobei die untere Platte (30) in der Weise an den Boden (14) montiert ist, daß sie über einen vorgegebenen Bereich hinweg in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung verschiebbar ist, und die obere Platte (28) so an die Bodenfläche (12C) des Rücksitzkissens (12) montiert ist, daß sie mit dem Rücksitzkissen (12) verschiebbar in Eingriff steht.
  5. Rücksitzvorrichtung (10) für ein Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 4, wobei die untere Platte (30) ein Führungsteil (27) aufweist, welches das Gelenk (24) für eine Bewegung in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung führt.
  6. Rücksitzvorrichtung (10) für ein Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 5, wobei die untere Platte (30) ein Langloch (27) aufweist, welches das Gelenk (24) für eine Bewegung in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung führt.
  7. Rücksitzvorrichtung (10) für ein Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, wobei die obere Platte (30) an dem an das Rücksitzkissen (12) montierten Rücksitzkissenführungsteil (22) angebracht ist.
  8. Rücksitzvorrichtung (10) für ein Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 7, wobei das Rücksitzkissenführungsteil (22) einen im Sitzzustand des Rücksitzkissens (12) an einem in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung vorderen Endabschnitt des Rücksitzkissenführungsteils (22) positionierten Anschlag (50) aufweist, der das Gelenk (24) nach hinten schiebt, wenn das Rücksitzkissen (12) aus dem aufrechten Zustand in den Sitzzustand überführt wird.
  9. Rücksitzvorrichtung (10) für ein Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 8, wobei das Rücksitzkissenführungsteil (22) eine Schiene (22) aufweist, die das Rücksitzkissen (12) für eine Bewegung in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung führt.
  10. Rücksitzvorrichtung (10) für ein Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, mit:
    einem im Rücksitzkissen (12) entlang des Umfangsrandbereichs vorgesehen Rahmen (36), der sich im aufrechten Zustand des Rücksitzkissens (12) vom Boden (14) aus nach oben erstreckt, und
    einem in Fahrzeugbreitenrichtung über den Rahmen (36) hinweg vorgesehenen Gurt (38).
  11. Rücksitzvorrichtung (10) für ein Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 10, mit:
    elastischen Bauelementen (40), die zwischen dem Rahmen (36) und dem Gurt (38) angeordnet sind, um ein Durchhängen des Gurts (38) in dessen Normalzustand zu verhindern.
