Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Schmelzen einer Metallcharge in einem Drehrohrofen, der mit wenigstens einem Oxybrenner ausgerüstet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es die Schritte des Zusetzens einer festen Brennstoffcharge im Bereich zwischen 1,5% und 9% des Metallchargengewichts zur Metallcharge und des Injizierens wenigstens eines Sauerstoffstrahls in Richtung der kombinierten Charge im Ofen umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anteil der festen Brennstoffcharge in der Metallcharge zwischen 1,5 und 9% liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anteil der festen Brennstoffcharge in der Metallcharge zwischen 2 und 6% liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sauerstoff mit Überschallgeschwindigkeit injiziert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sauerstoffstrahl zwischen die Brennerflamme und die kombinierte Charge im Ofen injiziert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sauerstoff schon bei Einsatz des Brenners injiziert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens der durch die Lanze injizierte Sauerstoff aus einer Anlage zur Gasabtrennung aus Luft durch Adsorption stammt.
- Drehrohrofen zur Ausführung eines Verfahrens nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, der an einem Ende wenigstens einen Oxybrenner (5) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er unter anderem wenigstens eine Sauerstofflanze (2) enthält, die zum Lenken wenigstens eines Sauerstoffstrahls in Richtung Ofen-Unterteil angeordnet ist.
- Ofen nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lanze wenigstens zwei Sauerstoff-Ausstoßkanäle (6, 7) aufweist.
- Ofen nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lanze (2) unter dem Brenner (5) angebracht ist.
- Ofen nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lanze (2) in einen Brenner eingegliedert ist.
- Ofen nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Brenner eine Vielzahl winklig verteilter Ausstoßeinrichtungen (10) aufweist.
