Description
The invention relates to a ship hatch cover with the hatch cover side Bearing element of at least one plain bearing arrangement, which is also a filler side Has bearing element and alignment means, the bearing elements being flat lie on one another.
Such a hatch cover is known from DE 31 03 104 C2, in which with the help of a potting compound, a filling side, held in a receptacle Bearing element pressed against a bearing element attached to the ship's hatch cover becomes. The disadvantage here is that the pressure of the pressed into the saddle-side receptacle Casting compound must be so large that the filling-side bearing and possibly also the associated part of the hatch cover can be pushed up. It a complex device for pressing in the casting compound is therefore necessary. Furthermore, it is not possible with this prior art to open the hatch cover Adapt the bearing element to the position of the bearing element on the filling side.
A ship hatch cover is also known from DE 37 32 889 C1, in which the Bearing elements adjustable and with the help of a volume-resistant compound are determinable.
From this prior art, one is compared to the base of the Machine foundation height-adjustable bearing element known, which over it opposite with the help of fixing screws in the previously set position the foundation base can be fixed. This only for supporting loads, here Machine parts, suitable state of the art also sees the introduction of a Potting compound in the machine foundation before to make a more even To achieve load transfer.
In addition, a ship hatch cover is known, in which the storage-side bearing element biased by a spring and adapted to the hatch cover can. The disadvantage here is that the entire hatch cover of one elaborate holding linkage must be held until the filling-side bearing elements are adapted in their position to the hatch-side bearing elements and rest on them and potting compound in the generated by the spring Gap is filled and cured.
Up to now, therefore, the height of the ship's hatch cover has been adjusted in the prior art only provided by means of a bearing on the waste side. If the hatch cover should be delivered as a supplier part, this can be done with regard to the adaptation of Ship hatch covers to the garbage-side warehouse on coordination problems between Shipyard and hatch cover manufacturer and thus in the alignment of the Ship hatch covers on the coals lead to difficulties. In addition, the Shipyard the relatively complicated device for height adjustment of the built-in bearing and possibly operated, which is often a requires increased effort and can lead to further problems, in particular, if the shipyard lacks the necessary know-how.
The object of the invention is therefore a hatch cover of the beginning mentioned type to improve such that the hatch-side bearing element the storage-side bearing element can be adapted.
This object is achieved in that the opening at a ship hatch cover mentioned type, the alignment means have adjustable holding means that hatch-side bearing element within a certain path of movement in Hold each position on the hatch cover regardless of gravity.
The advantages achieved by the invention are in particular that a height adjustment of the hatch-side bearing element is possible, and in every position of the bearing arrangement. According to the invention, this becomes achieved that the respective bearing element by the alignment means independent of gravity is fixed. The cooperation of the hatch cover manufacturer with that of the Süll manufacturing shipyard is so significantly simplified because it is no longer the costly correction of the bearing element on the filling side is required. Furthermore, with help the invention greater flexibility in adapting ship hatch covers to the special geometric conditions of the respective ship.
An advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the Alignment devices are accessible from the deck. This will make it easy Operation of the alignment means according to the invention guaranteed. You are no longer to a laborious adjustment of the hatch cover from the hatch instructed, but can adjust the bearing element comfortably from the deck from. The easy accessibility of the alignment means makes it possible In addition, the necessary adjustment work when aligning the hatch cover compared to the Süll in less time than before.
It is particularly expedient to have at least one adjacent to the alignment means Access opening must be provided in the side apron of the hatch cover. Through such an access opening, which is advantageously closable the operating personnel is given easy access to the alignment means at at the same time maintaining the function of the side apron of the hatch cover. Especially with the lockable version of the access opening If water or dirt gets into the area of the alignment agent prevented.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the hatch cover is distinguished characterized in that the alignment means at least one on Ship hatch cover supporting and with the bearing element in screw engagement have located threaded bolt, which is preferably in the direction of movement of the bearing element extends (with the "direction of movement" Direction of movement of the bearing element during the adjustment process referred to as). A threaded bolt can be a particularly simple, however effective height-adjustable adjustment of the bearing element with simultaneous Fixation in the set position due to the self-locking effect of the Realize thread. The threaded bolt therefore limits the path of movement of the Bearing element during the alignment process and prevents accidental Loosen the bearing element from the hatch cover.
An advantageous development of this embodiment is characterized by that it has at least one further threaded bolt, which is with the Ship hatch cover is in screw engagement and on the hatch cover side Bearing element is present. With the help of this threaded bolt, it is possible hatch cover-side bearing element exactly opposite the ship hatch cover align and thus an exact adjustment of the hatch-side bearing element to the bearing element on the filling side.
Another advantageous embodiment of the hatch cover according to the invention, in which the alignment means lateral guide elements for the Having bearing element allows safe lateral guidance of the hatch cover side Bearing element when aligning the bearing element with respect to Ship hatch covers. The side guide elements can be part of an Ship hatch cover arranged receptacle for the bearing element.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the recording by lower half of an H-shaped profile. Such shaped profiles form one sensible conclusion of the hatch cover to its edge. You are about it also very stable and can be used inexpensively as a commercially available product.
In a currently particularly preferred embodiment, a space is between the bearing element and the hatch cover with a potting compound filled out. This known method becomes essential with the help of the invention simplified. Before filling the potting compound into the space, namely the hatch-side bearing element with the help of the invention Alignment means not only particularly simple and effective in their height to the adapt opposite warehouse partners, but also in the same way fix the position found so that additional aids for holding the Ship hatch cover during the fitting process and during the pouring of the Potting compound or on the need to pressurize the potting compound Having to press in the gap can be dispensed with.
It is particularly useful that the space in the lower half of the H-shaped Profile is filled with the sealing compound. It is advantageous that the the center line of the H forming part of the profile has at least one hole for filling the Has space with the potting compound. It is particularly useful that two holes are provided, one for filling and one for venting the Space. It is advantageous if the hole for filling is such spaced from the alignment means that the filling of the Potting compound in the same not by the preferred also on the center line of the H existing alignment means is hindered.
The bearing arrangement of the present invention is preferably designed in such a way that that at least one of the bearing elements is angular, in particular essentially at right angles to the direction of movement is divided into two parts by elastic Material are interconnected. This gives greater flexibility the bearing arrangement against torsion of the hull and thus also less wear on the bearing arrangement is achieved. This can be part of the two-part bearing element have a receptacle for the other part.

Lagerelement 4 aufliegenden lukendeckelseitigen Lagerelementes 5 verhindert.Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a
Furthermore, one can see in Fig. 1 with the
Ausnehmung 5f.In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 1, this is the hatch cover
One clearly recognizable in FIG. 1 is one determined by the threaded

Süllbank 10 abgestützt, wobei gewöhnlich alle verwendeten Gleitlageranordnungen
in der zuvor beschriebenen Weise ausgebildet sind. The
In diesem
The installation of the
Thereafter, each hatch cover-
In a further embodiment, it is also possible with a corresponding

This hatch cover 2 'has a slide bearing arrangement 1', which in its construction of the slide bearing arrangement shown in Figures 1 and 2 1 is essentially the same.

The structure of the slide bearing assembly 1 ', i.e. the recording 3 ', the bearing elements 4 'and 5' and their function in interaction with the threaded bolt 6 ' corresponds to the structure of the slide bearing arrangement described in FIGS. 1 and 2 1.

Vorgehensweise verfahren. Dabei wird die Knarre 42 durch die Öffnung
