Abstract

Die Stauchfalzmaschine ist mit einer oder mehreren jeweils einen Papieranschlag aufweisenden Falztaschen versehen, von denen eine Falztasche (5) zum Sammeln und anschließendem gemeinsamen Falzen mehrerer Papierbogen (B) eingerichtet ist aus welcher die gesammelten Papierbogen (B) gemeinsam das Falzwerk durchlaufen, das eine von einer oberen und einer unteren Einzugswalze (W1) gebildete Einzugsstelle (EZ) und wenigstens ein eine Falzstelle (F1) bildendes Falzwalzenpaar (W1, W2) aufweist. Vor der Einzugsstelle (EZ) ist eine Bogenzuführeinrichtung mit einer auf die Einzugsstelle (EZ) gerichteten Förderbahn angeordnet, in der sich eine Stapelrampe (13) befindet. Um auch dann eine störungsfreie Arbeitsweise zu gewährleisten, wenn die Einlauftiefe kleiner ist als das größte Bogenformat, ist zwischen der mit einem offenen Durchlaufspalt (4) versehenen Einzugsstelle (EZ) und der Stapelrampe (13) mit einem vertikalen Abstand über der Förderbahn (16) ein zusätzlicher Bogenantrieb (14) angeordnet, der den jeweils neu ankommenden Bogen in einer von der Förderbahn (16) bzw. von den hinter der Stapelrampe (13) in der Förderbahn (16) abgelegten Bogen abgehobenen Lage durch die Einzugsstelle (4) teilweise in eine dahinter angeordnete Sammelfalztasche (5) befördert.
