- Toolholder for tools (1, 11) having at least one axially closed locking groove (2, 12) and at least one rotary slaving groove (3, 13) open towards the rear end face, at least one locking element (4, 14) for the locking groove (2, 12) being mounted in a locator sleeve (5, 15) in a radially displaceable manner and at least one driving dog (8, 18) for the rotary slaving groove (3, 13) being disposed, the locking element (4, 14) and the driving dog (8, 18) being different components of the toolholder,
characterised in that the driving dog (8, 18) is constituted by at least one cylindrical rolling member which, during an axial displacement of a tool in the toolholder, rolls off along a plane running parallel to the principal axis of the locator sleeve (5, 15). - Toolholder according to claim 1, characterised in that as driving dogs (8, 18) a plurality of rolling members are arranged one behind the other along the plane running parallel to the principal axis of the locator sleeve (5, 15).
- Toolholder according to claim 1 or 2, characterised by providing, substantially diametrically opposed to one another, two driving dogs (8, 18) constituted by at least one rolling member.
