Description
Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Volumenreduzierung einer Mischung aus Filterfasern und einem pulverförmigen Ionenaustauscherharz, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mischung ein die Filterfasern lösendes Lösungsmittel zugegeben und das dabei entstehende Gemisch zunächst getrocknet und anschließend thermisch nachbehandelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Behandlung von Filterfasern aus Polyacrylnitril als Lösungsmittel Dimethylformamid, Dimethylacetamid, Dimethylsulphoxid, Aethylencarbonat oder Zinkchlorid eingesetzt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die thermische Nachbehandlung in einem Temperaturbereich zwischen 120 C und 220 C durchgeführt wird, wobei der getrockneten und mit dem Lösungsmittel behandelten Mischung zwischen 10 und 50 Gew.-% von Natriumhydroxid, Kaliumcarbonat, Calciumoxid, Calciumhydroxid, Borat oder Phosphorpentoxid zugemischt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die thermische Nachbehandlung in einem Temperaturbereich zwischen 130° C und 190° C durchgeführt wird, wobei der getrockneten und mit dem Lösungsmittel behandelten Mischung zwischen 10 und 50 Gew.-% von Natriumhydroxid, Kaliumcarbonat, Calciumoxid, Calciumhydroxid, Borat oder Phosphorpentoxid zugemischt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sauer reagierende Mischungen zur Vermeidung von Gebindekorrosion mit Calciumoxid oder Magnesiumoxid vermischt werden bis ein neutraler bis schwach basischer pH-Wert eingestellt ist. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alkalisch reagierende Mischungen mit Borsäure oder sauren Salzen der Phosphorsäure vermischt werden, bis ein mindestens annähernd neutraler pH-Wert eingestellt ist.
