Claims (8)

  1. Behälter für ein Lebensmittelprodukt, in Form einer Schüssel, dessen Boden mit einem erhöhten Teil versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erhöhte Bodenteil (4) an eine Seitenwand (3) des Behälters anschließt und daß die obere Fläche (5) des erhöhten Bodenteils (4) sich in einem kleinen Abstand (D1) unter der Oberkante (7) des zu füllenden Raums (8) befindet.
  2. Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Fläche (5) sich in einem Abstand (D1) von weniger als 15 mm unter der Oberkante (7) befindet.
  3. Behälter gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erhöhte Bodenteil (4) sich von der Vorderkante (9) dieses Bodenteils (4) bis zur Innenkante (10) des Behälters (1) über einen Abstand (D3), der mindestens 3 cm beträgt, erstreckt.
  4. Behälter gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erhöhte Bodenteil (4) die Form einer Stufe hat, die sich örtlich über die gesamte Breite des Behälters (1) erstreckt und die eine obere Fläche (5) aufweist, die horizontal oder nahezu horizontal ist, und eine Vorderseite (6), die vertikal oder nahezu vertikal ist.
  5. Behälter gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus einer Terrine besteht, mit anderen Worten, einer Keramikschüssel.
  6. Behälter gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er rechteckig ist und daß das erhöhte Bodenteil (4) sich in der Nähe einer der Schmalseiten befindet.
  7. Behälter gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erhöhte Bodenteil (4) aus einer Einstülpung (11) in der Seitenwand (3) des Behälters (1) besteht und daß die Wandteile (12-13), die die Längsseiten des Behälters begrenzen, sich über die Einstülpung (11) hinaus und über die gesamte oder nahezu gesamte Länge des Behälters (1) erstrecken.
  8. Behälter gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erhöhte Bodenteil (4) aus einem Einsatzelement (20) besteht.
