Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a tablet dispenser with a Housing with a lid and base part that can be inserted therein as well as with an axially movable penetrating the housing Slider.
From EP-A-0345413 is a tablet dispenser single-portioned release of tablets known with a Housing, a slider which can be moved within a limited stroke and a Tablet storage room with subsequent output shaft. Of the Slider is about a leaf spring that is related to its free End supported on a transverse floor, non-positively connected, whereby the slide is held in its initial position. By pressure from above on the cover of the housing, which over a connecting rod is connected to the slider the slider down - against the spring force of the leaf spring - moves and delivers a single one via the output shaft Tablet down free. One down the case the bottom does not have a bottom. The slider is therefore also used in this known tablet dispenser Closure organ for the unintentional discharge of others Tablets.
The invention is based, which from the EP-A-0345413 known tablet dispenser largely improve that after removing the single tablet without Contamination of other tablets again without effort hermetically closes, this one Tablet dispenser also for a very economical Production and easy disposal should be suitable.
Ausbildungsmerkmale. The task is solved with a tablet dispenser
type mentioned with the invention by the in
Label part of
With the training according to the invention results in surprisingly uncomplicated, a new kind Pill dispenser, preferred with a finger press Thumb pressure, on the resilient cover organ each by A tablet donates through the bottom part without the housing needs to be opened and without the rest Tablets present in the dispenser by the person taking them or be contacted and contaminated with the environment and that the removal of a single tablet easily and without Strength is feasible.
The tablet dispenser is according to its invention Training designed to be extremely economical can be manufactured, assembled and assembled. So is for example not only the one trained as a donor organ Slider in the upper area by means of a connected to it Actuating rod in a connecting element of the cover clip-in, but still the lid itself and that Bottom part each in the preferably rotationally symmetrical trained housing can be clipped. This training is suitable especially for the fully automatic assembly of the individual parts forming the tablet dispenser, e.g. B. means a mechanical-automatic device, and this is thus extremely inexpensive to manufacture, assemble and customizable.
The lid is closed with an upward advantage concave curvature made of soft-elastic plastic as resilient return element formed. The one found here Solution is not only practical, but cost-saving, elegant and enables operation without opening the Container.
A donation under hermetic sealing in the container contained tablets will continue to be great Advantage allows the slider in the lower area one tablet each and one adequate Passage opening in the bottom part designed to be penetrable Has allocation organ, the bottom part one with the Passage trained between one Passage position with clearance of the passage opening and a blocking position with the passage opening closed arranged rotary lock.
In the following the invention is based on a Embodiment shown in drawings, wherein from the Drawings and the description of other advantageous features of the subject of the invention are recognizable.

The tablet dispenser shown in Figure 1 has a
From the overview of Figures 1 to 4 it can be seen that
the housing has a
The
This
As can be clearly seen from FIGS. 2 and 4, the
Ausrichtung aufweist. How to see the synopsis of Figures 2 and 4 further
leaves, the
angeordneten Zuteilorgan 15.Figure 3 shows a view from below and in an enlarged view

By turning the
By an expedient structure of the dispenser according to the invention
in a preferably rotationally symmetrical design could

The
Figur 4 zeigt in dichtem Abstand oberhalb vom Drehverschluß 30
luftdicht verschlossen zu halten.FIG. 4 shows at a close distance above the twist lock 30

The design of the
The tablet dispenser is convenient, uncomplicated to manufacture and assemble and is therefore suitable for a Inexpensive, occasionally fully automated mass production. In this respect, the invention optimally solves the problem at the beginning task.
