Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Reihenklemme mit einer Stromschiene zur Verbindung von Leiteranschlüssen und mit zwei Kanälen zur Aufnahme von Querverbindern.The invention relates to a terminal block with a busbar for connecting conductor connections and with two channels for receiving cross connectors.
Es sind Querverbinder für Reihenklemmen bekannt (DE 42 23 540 C2), die in ihrem metallisch leitenden Bereich aus einer Querleiste und einer Mehrzahl kammzinkenartig daran angeordneter FLachstecker bestehen, die in der Ebene der Querleiste liegen und deren Kontaktzonen doppellagig aus zwei gegeneinanderliegenden Formfederabschnitten gebildet sind. Vorzugsweise sind dabei die Flachstecker und die Querleiste insgesamt doppellagig ausgebildet. Derartige Querverbinder bauen so schmal, daß es möglich ist, in Reihenklemmen zwei parallele Aufnahmekanäle vorzusehen, so daß man in äußerst variabler Potentialquerverteilung in einer Anreihung derartiger Reihenklemmen zwei verschiedene Querverbinder nebeneinander unterbringen kann. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung besteht im wesentlichen darin, daß die Stromschiene eine Gewindebohrung für einen Querverbinder-Schraubanschluß sowie Stecköffnungen für einen Querverbindersteckanschluß aufweist. Werden ein oder zwei Querverbinder mit in der Ebene der Querleiste liegenden Flachsteckern benutzt, werden ein oder beide Stecköffnungen der Stromschiene zur Kontaktierung und damit Schaltung des Querverbinderpotentiales auf diese Reihenklemme benutzt. Wird ein Querverbinder mit L-förmigen Distanzlaschen und Anschlußschraube benutzt, erfolgt die Kontaktierung zur Stromschiene durch Einschrauben der Schraube in deren Gewindebohrung.The solution according to the invention essentially consists in the fact that the busbar has a threaded bore for a cross connector screw connection and plug openings for a cross connector plug connection. Bei Reihenklemmen mit zweikanaliger Ausgestaltung für parallele Querverbindungen ist es sehr zweckmäßig, den rechten und den linken Kanal räumlich gegeneinander abzugrenzen, um insoweit für die Einbringung der Querverbinder eine Orientierungshilfe zu haben. In sehr zweckmäßiger weiterer Ausgestaltung geschieht dies hier über schmale, seitlich oberhalb der Stromschiene befindliche Mittelstege, die mit ihren Schmalseiten den rechten und den linken Kanal im Sinne der Orientierungshilfe einwandfrei begrenzen, die aber andererseits das Aufsetzen beider Querverbindertypen nicht behindern, da sie bei dem einen Querverbindertyp in die Freiräume zwischen den Flachsteckern treten können und beim anderen Querverbindertyp ebenso in die Freiräume zwischen die L-förmigen Distanzlaschen treten können.In the case of terminal blocks with a two-channel design for parallel cross connections, it is very expedient to spatially delimit the right and left channels from each other, in order to have an orientation aid for the insertion of the cross connectors. In dem Isolierstoffgehäuse 1 der mit weiteren Reihenklemmen anreihbaren Reihenklemme befindet sich im oberen Bereich eine Aufnahme 2 für sich über die Anreihung der Reihenklemme erstreckende Querverbinder. Werden besonders schmal bauende Querverbinder 3 eingesetzt, müssen die doppellagigen, in der Ebene der Querleiste der schmal bauenden Querverbinder 3 liegenden Flachstecker 6 mit der Stromschiene 4 elektrisch leitend kontaktiert werden, die ihrerseits innerhalb der Reihenklemme deren Leiteranschlüsse 5 elektrisch leitend miteinander verbinden, mit der Stromnschiene 4 elektrisch leitend kontaktiert werden. Dabei ist bei Verwendung dieser schmal bauenden Querverbinder 3 vorgesehen, in der Aufnahme 2 zwei parallel zueinander anzuordnende Querverbinder 3 einzusetzen, um bezüglich der Potentialverteilung durch die Querverbindung so flexibel wie möglich zu sein. Zweckmäßig werden dabei ein rechter und ein linker Kanal für die beiden parallelen Querverbinder 3 mit einer Orientierungshilfe definiert. In besonders zweckmäßiger Ausgestaltung sind hierzu schmale Mittelstege 7 vorgesehen, die in ihrem unteren Bereich seitlich versetzt oberhalb der Stromschienen 4 enden. Sie liegen in der Nähe des Randbereiches des Gehäuses 1 und definieren mit den Schmalseiten ihrer nach oben vorstehenden Mittenbereiche einen rechten und einen linken Aufnahmekanal innerhalb der Aufnahme 2. Im Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 2 ist nur der linke Aufnahmekanal mit einem schmalen Querverbinder 3 besetzt dargestellt.
