Claims (3)
- Spinnwalze für Streckwerksysteme zur Fadenerzeugung,mit einem zylindrischen Walzenkörper (1),mit einer auf dem Walzenkörper (1) angeordneten, mit ihm ein Gleitlager bildenden, axial fixierten zylindrischen Hülse (4) aus für Trockenlauf geeignetem Kunststoff undmit einem auf der zylindrischen Hülse (4) aufgebrachten elastomeren Belag (5)daß der Kunststoff der zylindrischen Hülse (4) aus einem hochtemperaturbeständigen Polymermaterial besteht unddaß der elastomere Belag auf die zylindrische Hülse (4) direkt durch Extrusion, vorzugsweise Querkopfextrusion oder Spritzgießen, aufgebracht und durch Vulkanisieren mit ihr verbunden ist.
- Spinnwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der elastomere Belag aus einem Spezialcompound auf Basis eines Acrylnitrilbutadien-Copolymerisates (NBR-Kautschuk) mit einem Acrylnitrilgehalt von 18 bis 50 %, aus einem teil- oder vollhydrierten Acrylnitrilbutadien-Copolymerisat (H-NBR-Kautschuk) bzw. aus einem carboxylierten Acrylnitrilbutadien-Terpolymerisat (X-NBR-Kautschuk) mit einem Carboxylgruppengehalt von 1 bis 9 % oder auf Basis von EPDM-Kautschuk besteht.
- Spinnwalze nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Polymermaterial elektrisch leitfähig ist.
