Abstract

The envelope blank (6) is taken from an opaque band by cutting along lines (6A) perpendicular to its edges (1C,1D) to form a series of identical modules (6B). Each envelope is made by folding flaps (5) of the blank along lines (5A) parallel to opposite sides of the document (2). An imprint and a window (4) are made on one of the external and internal faces. The longitudinal position of an index (8) is defined and memorised relative to one of the longitudinal and transverse positions of the impression and window. Then the impression is made on one of the band faces (1A,1B), sequentially on each module. The index is marked on each different module along a longitudinal step (P1) equal to the spacing (E) of the cutting lines .    chaque enveloppe (3) : . étant constituée par repliement de volets (5) d'un flan (6) de matériau opaque, selon des lignes (5A) sensiblement parallèles à des cotés opposés (2B, 2C) du document (2) et approximativement parallèles aux rives (1C, 1D) de la bande (1), . présentant quant à elle, .. deux faces externes opposées (3A, 3B) qui sont apparentes et, deux faces internes (3C, 3D) destinées à être tournées vers le document (2) et, .. sur au moins l'une de ses faces externes et internes (3A à 3D), d'une part, au moins un graphisme réalisé par impression et, d'autre part, au moins une fenêtre (4) constituée d'une découpe (4A) réalisée dans le matériau constitutif de cette bande et, un écran transparent (4B) qui obture la dite découpe (4A),    le flan (6) destiné à constituer l'enveloppe, - étant prélevé dans la bande (1) par découpe selon des lignes (6A) globalement perpendiculaires à ses rives (1C, 1D), - constituant sur la bande (1), l'un des modules d'une succession de modules (6B) identiques, sur chacun desquels les positions relatives de l'impression, d'au moins une fenêtre et des bords longitudinaux et transversaux du module, sont précisément définies et, notamment, paramètrées,    ce procédé étant CARACTERISE en ce que : - lors d'une première série d'étapes : . d'une part, on définit la position longitudinale d'un index (8) par rapport à au moins l'une des positions relatives longitudinales et transversales des différents éléments que sont chaque impression, chaque fenêtre, et les bords longitudinaux et transversaux du module et, d'autre part, on mémorise cette position, - lors d'une seconde série d'étapes : . au niveau d'un premier poste (7) de traitement, tandis qu'on imprime au moins l'une des faces (1A, 1B) de la bande (1) en réalisant séquentiellement l'impression de chaque module (6B), on marque chacun des différents modules de l'index (8), et ce, en disposant les index (8) des modules (6B) selon un pas longitudinal (P1), égal à l'écartement (E) des lignes (6A) de découpe, . au niveau d'un second poste (9) de traitement, on détecte la position de chaque index (8) et, relativement à cet index (8), on réalise le dépôt d'une substance adhésive dans une zone (10) qu'on situe transversalement à la bande et au niveau de chacune des lignes (6A) de découpe qui délimitent le modèle (6B), et . au niveau d'un troisième poste (12), on détecte la position de chaque index (8) et, relativement à cet index (8), on réalise la découpe (4A) de chaque fenêtre (4), qu'on équipe ensuite d'un écran (4B).
