Description

The invention relates to a warm facade in the form of a Parapet and window or glass elements with all-round Frame existing element facade, the Facade surface in vertical and / or horizontal Direction alternately from one or more successive window or glass elements and one or several consecutive parapet elements is constructed, and in which at least one thermal Separation zone between the inside and the outside of the Facade is provided, the parapet element a outside cover, an inside cover as well has an intermediate thermal insulation and each is rigidly connected to the floor ceiling and where the window or glass element and the parapet element are enclosed by a frame.

Such warm facades are in different Embodiments are known, for example from GB-A-2 157 338 or US-A-4 571 905. Despite that with these Warm facades of existing thermal separations the profiles experience heat loss through the comparatively poor thermal insulation of the frame profiles Parapet elements on.

The invention is therefore based on the object Warm facades of the type mentioned measures through which the bad k-value of the frame in Parapet area removed or reduced and the Heat transfer from the window area to the area of Parapet is reduced.

This object is achieved according to the invention according to the features of claim 1.

The advantage achieved by the invention is essential in that a practically complete thermal decoupling of the frame of the window or Glass element on the one hand and the parapet element on the other hand, if the Fasteners designed accordingly and sufficient are well thermally insulating.

In a first preferred embodiment of the invention it is provided that in the frame of both the parapet element and the window or glass element coaxially with each other aligned recesses for receiving the Connecting elements forming connecting pins face each other.

These connecting pins can advantageously consist entirely of thermally insulating material. However, it is also possible to use the connecting pins for example, to form metallic, then they at least in their in the recess under the Parapet element protruding area with a Plastic sheathing must be provided.

Beschichtung aufweist.According to a second embodiment of the invention also the possibility that on the frame of the parapet element one projecting towards the window or glass element Bar is arranged in the manner of a die Tongue-and-groove connection forming connecting elements in one Groove on the frame of the window or glass element engages. Around sufficient thermal insulation achieve, the invention provides that the spring forming bar and the one adjoining the bar Area of the frame a thermally poorly conductive Has sheathing or coating.

The one that connects to the inside cover Insulating strip can conveniently be made of wood or pressure-resistant plastic or plastic foam or from pressure-resistant mineral fiber. The insulating strip can either because of their material properties be sufficiently vapor-tight or with a vapor-tight one Foil or coating may be provided, but not or must be poorly conductive.

Glaselements greift. Finally, the invention provides that on the Window or glass element facing side of the frame of the parapet element preferably over the sealing profile that extends across the entire width of the frame connected with the vertically protruding, elastic sealing lips in Grooves of the frame is held, at least one Fastening strip in a corresponding groove in the frame of the window or glass element engages.

The warm facade shown in the drawing is off individual window or glass elements 1 and Parapet elements 2 built up, which are in vertical and / or in the horizontal direction of the facade surface can alternate. In Fig. 1, the window or Glass elements 1 with F and the parapet elements 2 with B designated.

The parapet elements 2 are as shown in FIG. 1 is shown schematically on the left, each rigid the individual floors 3 connected. The Attachment is done via anchor 4 or the like this results from Fig. 5. The window or Glass element 1 and the parapet element 2 are here each surrounded by a frame 5, 6.

Both the window or glass elements 1 and the Parapet elements 2 point between the inside and the Outside of the facade at least one thermal Separation zone. This thermal separation takes place as is this results for example from FIGS. 2 to 7, u. a. by insulating webs 7, which are used for the thermal separation of the Ensure the outside of the inside of frames 5, 6. The parapet element 2 also has thermal insulation 8 on that between an outside 9 and a inside cover 10 is arranged.

As can be seen from the schematic illustration in FIG. 1 as well as in detail from FIGS. 2 to 7, are Window or glass elements 1 and the parapet elements 2 as thermally separated individual elements educated. The window or glass elements 1 are included at a distance from the parapet elements 2 inserted between these and by each other engaging connectors 11 held, which in turn are thermally insulating.

After a first one, shown in FIG. 2 Embodiment are the connecting elements 11 of FIG Connection pins formed in coaxial with each other aligned recesses of both the parapet element 2 and the window or glass element 1 are arranged. These connecting pins can either be made completely consist of thermally insulating material or how this is indicated in Fig. 2, only one Have plastic sheath 12, which are formed is that it covers the entire floor and wall area the recess in the frame 6 of the parapet element 2 extends.

However, there is also the one shown in FIG. 3 Possibility of connecting elements 11 in the manner of a Form tongue and groove connection. This is on the frame of the Parapet element 2 one for window or glass element 1 projecting ledge 13 arranged in a groove 14th engages on the frame 5 of the window or glass element 1. this Bar 13 can, as shown in Fig. 3, more integral Be part of the frame 6. To get one here too adequate insulation between the two frames 5, 6 to ensure, carries the spring forming bar 13th and the area adjoining the bar 13 laterally the frame 6 a thermally poorly conductive Sheathing 15, for example as a rubber coating or can be designed as a profile part. This will not just the required thermal insulation, but also the required sealing guaranteed.

To additionally the inside cover 10 of the Parapet element 2 thermally from the frame 6 uncoupling is between the frame 6 and the inside cover 10 of the parapet element 2 a on the outside flush with the frame 6, circumferential insulating strip 16 is provided. This Insulating strip 16 can be made of wood, depending on the application pressure-resistant plastic or plastic foam or from pressure-resistant mineral fiber and possibly also be designed as a hollow profile. The insulating strip 16 is either because of their material properties largely vapor tight or is with a vapor tight Provide film or coating, but not or must be poorly conductive.

In particular in the first embodiment Sealing between the respective frames 5, 6 Sealing profile 17 is provided, which on the window or Glass element 1 facing side of the frame 6 of the Parapet element 2 is arranged. This Sealing profile 17 preferably extends over the total width of the frame 6. From the sealing profile 17 are strips 18 vertically, the elastic Wear sealing lips and held in grooves 19 of the frame 6 are. At least one such bar 20 engages a corresponding groove 21 of the frame 5 on the window or Glass element 1, as can be seen in FIG. 5. About that in addition, there are additional sealing strips 22 near the inner and the outer surface of the frame 5, 6 provided in 5 on the frame 5 of the window or glass element 1 are connected.
