Abstract
At least one thermic dividing zone is provided between the inside and the outside of the facade. The balustrade component (2) comprises an outside covering (9), an inside covering (10) with an intermediate heat insulation and is non-bendably connected to the floor ceiling. The window and glass component (1) together with the balustrade component are enclosed by a frame. The balustrade component is formed by thermically separated individual units. The window and glass components are inserted at a distance between the balustrade components and are held by connecting components (11). These connecting components are thermically insulated and on opposite sides engage in the window and glass components and the balustrade components. Between the frame and the inside covering of the balustrade component is provided an additional heat-insulating strip (16) connecting with the face side of the frame and formed to be adequately steam-tight.
