Claims (6)
- Dispositif de déviation pour ligne de transport aérien par chariots, applicable à des réseaux de transport comprenant une voie principale d'alimentation de chariots et des voies transversales de stationnement ou de déviation pour des objets à introduire dans un magasin, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une aiguille (3) qui peut tourner avec une amplitude angulaire de 180°, de manière à pouvoir se placer dans une première position dans laquelle une portion de voie rectiligne de ladite aiguille établit la liaison entre deux portions alignées (1, 4) de voie principale, et une deuxième position orientée à 180°, dans la quelle une portion de voie courbe de ladite aiguille établit la liaison avec une voie transversale perpendiculaire à la voie principale, et en ce que ladite aiguille (3) est commandée par un dispositif à came comprenant un doigt (11) qui, étant solidaire d'un piston (12) qui émerge du cylindre d'un vérin pneumatique (2), est monté de façon coulissante dans une entaille (13) d'un tronçon de voie (14) solidaire de l'aiguille et adjacent à la voie principale d'alimentation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme (2, 12, 14) qui commande la rotation de l'aiguille (3) est coaxial à la ligne principale de transport (1).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 où 2, caractérisé en ce que l'entaille (13) du tronçon (14) est à profil hélicoïdal.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le vérin (2) est préférablement équipé d'un dispositif de contrôle électronique par ordinateur, connecté à une centrale disposée en dehors de l'installation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que des capteurs (8,9) commandent le correct positionnement de l'aiguille (3) en décidant, sur la base de leur réponse, d'arrêter ou non l'installation, avec éventuelle signalisation par alarme.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un capteur connecté à un système de sécurité, vérifie avant l'activation de l'aiguillage l'éventuelle présence d'un chariot en transit, en bloquant la commande de la rotation de l'aiguille (3) afin d'éviter tout incident sur ce chariot.
