Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Regelung der Fadenzugkraft eines laufenden Fadens beschrieben, welcher in einem Friktionsfalschdrall-Aggregat einer Falschzwirnkräuselmaschine gekräuselt wird. Bei dem Verfahren wird die Fadenspannung des laufenden Fadens hinter dem Friktionsfalschdrall-Aggregat gemessen und dadurch ausgemessen, daß die Fadenspannung über einen Zeitfilter und durch Vergleich mit einem vorgegebenen Sollwert in ein Verstellsignal für das Friktionsfalschdrall-Aggregat umgewandelt wird, wobei der Regelbereich durch festgelegte Grenzwerte des Verstellsignals bestimmt wird. Erfindungsgemäß ist das Verstellsignal ein Stromwert und wird adaptiv über eine PI-Regler korrigiert, dessen Regelverhalten Quotienten aus Änderung der Fadenspannung und Änderung des Stromwertes berücksichtigt.
