  • the radial portion 44 is constituted by a blanked edge which is inevitably formed during a blanking operation which separates the body 36 from a sheet of metal from which it is formed as a result of conventional drawing and blanking operations. The formation of the turned-over edge 44 does not therefore involve any additional cost to the production cycle.
