Claims (10)

  1. Composition de fluide hydraulique basée essentiellement sur un ester borique d'un éther de glycol, comprenant un système inhibiteur de corrosion, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend :
    (1) au moins un constituant (A) choisi parmi des mono-, di- ou polyamines grasses et éventuellement éthoxylées, lesdites amines grasses contenant au moins un radical alkyle ou alkylène C8-C22 R, le radical alkylène R pouvant contenir une ou plusieurs doubles liaisons éthyléniques, ou parmi des sels d'un ou plusieurs acides carboxyliques avec lesdites amines, à raison de 0,05 à 2% en poids de constituant(s) (A) ; et
    (2) au moins un constituant (B) sélectionné parmi les produits résultant de la réaction d'un ou plusieurs acides gras carboxyliques avec un polyoxyalkylène glycol ou de la réaction de transestérification d'un ou plusieurs esters d'acides gras carboxyliques avec un polyoxyalkylène glycol, à raison de 0,5 à 10% en poids de constituant(s) (B), lesdits acides gras étant des acides monocarboxyliques comprenant de 8 à 22 atomes de carbone.
  2. Composition selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le constituant (A) est une mono-, di- ou polyamine grasse correspondant à une des formules générales suivantes :

    formules générales dans lesquelles, R1 et R2, identiques ou différents, désignent un radical alkyle ou alkylène C8-C22 R, le radical alkylène R contenant 1 ou plusieurs doubles liaisons éthyléniques, n est un nombre compris entre 3 et 6 et x, y et z, identiques ou différents, sont des nombres compris entre 1 et 3.
  3. Composition selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisée en ce que le constituant (A) est le sel d'un ou plusieurs acides gras carboxyliques avec l'une parmi les mono-, di- ou polyamines grasses.
  4. Composition selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la mono-, di- ou polyamine grasse correspond à la formule générale R1-NH-(CH2)3-NH2 dans laquelle R1 désigne un radical alkyle ou alkylène C8-C22 R, le radical alkylène R contenant une ou plusieurs doubles liaisons éthyléniques.
  5. Composition selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le constituant (B) est le produit résultant de la réaction d'un ou plusieurs acides gras carboxyliques en C8-C22 avec le diéthylène glycol ou le dipropylène glycol, ou de la réaction de transestérification d'un ou plusieurs esters d'acides gras carboxyliques en C8-C22 avec le diéthylène glycol ou le dipropylène glycol.
  6. Composition selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le constituant (B) est le produit résultant de la réaction de transestérification d'huile de ricin avec le diéthylène glycol ou le dipropylène glycol.
  7. Composition selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend de 0,1 à 1% en poids de constituant(s) (A) et de 1 à 8% en poids de constituant(s) (B) .
  8. Composition selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est essentiellement à base d'ester borique de l'éther monométhylique de triéthylène glycol et comprend éventuellement un éther de glycol choisi parmi l'éther monobutylique ou l'éther monoéthylique ou l'éther monométhylique de triéthylène glycol.
  9. Procédé pour la préparation de la composition selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les constituants (A) et (B) et éventuellement d'autres constituants et additifs sont mélangés avec l'ester borique d'un éther de glycol sous atmosphère inerte.
  10. Procédé pour le traitement d'une composition de fluide hydraulique comprenant un ester borique d'un éther de glycol, afin de réduire la corrosion des alliages ou métaux ferreux en contact avec ladite composition, comprenant l'addition d'un système inhibiteur de corrosion, caractérisé en ce que le système inhibiteur de corrosion comprend :
    (1) au moins un constituant (A) choisi parmi des mono-, di- ou polyamines grasses et éventuellement éthoxylées, lesdites amines grasses contenant au moins un radical alkyle ou alkylène C8-C22 R, le radical alkylène R pouvant contenir une ou plusieurs doubles liaisons éthyléniques, ou parmi des sels d'un ou plusieurs acides carboxyliques avec lesdites amines, à raison de 0,05 à 2% en poids de constituant(s) (A) ; et
    (2) au moins un constituant (B) choisi parmi les produits résultant de la réaction d'un ou plusieurs acides gras carboxyliques avec un polyoxyalkylène glycol ou de la réaction de transestérification d'un ou plusieurs esters d'acides gras carboxyliques avec un polyoxyalkylène glycol, à raison de 0,5 à 10% en poids de constituant(s) (B), lesdits acides gras étant des acides monocarboxyliques comprenant de 8 à 22 atomes de carbone.
