Description
Claims (14)
- Pré-molette pour le glantage d'une lentille optique, du genre comportant, d'une part, une embase (16), par laquelle elle est destinée à être calée en rotation sur la lentille optique (10) à usiner, par l'intermédiaire d'un matelas de jonction (17) en métal à bas point de fusion fondu in situ, et, d'autre part, une superstructure (18), par laquelle elle est apte à être coiffée par un outil d'entraínement (12), caractérisée en ce que l'embase (16) est périphériquement en retrait vis-à-vis de la superstructure (18).
- Pré-molette suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, formant une arête (27) avec la surface latérale (20) de la superstructure (18), la surface latérale (26) de l'embase (16) comporte, à compter de cette arête (27), un premier tronçon (26A), qui est globalement tronconique, et qui va en convergeant en direction de sa surface inférieure (28), et un deuxième tronçon (26B), qui est également globalement tronconique, mais qui, au contraire du premier, va en divergeant en direction de ladite surface inférieure (28).
- Pré-molette suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la surface latérale (26) de l'embase (16) comporte un troisième tronçon (26C), qui, globalement cylindrique, s'étend jusqu'à sa surface inférieure (28).
- Pré-molette suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'embase (16) comporte, en creux, sur sa surface latérale (26), au moins une entaille (29).
- Pré-molette suivant les revendications 2 et 4, prises conjointement, caractérisée en ce que parallèlement à l'axe (A) de l'ensemble, l'entaille (29) ne prend naissance qu'à distance de l'arête (27) que l'embase (16) forme avec la superstructure (18).
- Pré-molette suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 4, 5, caractérisée en ce que, parallèlement à l'axe (A) de l'ensemble, l'entaille (29) s'étend jusqu'à la surface inférieure (28) de l'embase (16), en mordant sur cette surface inférieure (28).
- Pré-molette suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'embase (16) comporte plusieurs entailles (29) réparties circulairement.
- Pré-molette suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la surface inférieure (28) de l'embase (16) est plate.
- Pré-molette suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que, l'embase (16) présentant en creux sur sa surface inférieure (28) un dégagement (43) entièrement circonscrit annulairement par sa périphérie, ce dégagement (43) est borgne.
- Pré-molette suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que, la superstructure (18) présentant en creux sur sa surface supérieure (21) un dégagement (23) entièrement circonscrit annulairement par sa périphérie, ce dégagement (23) est borgne.
- Pré-molette suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un repère d'orientation angulaire (33).
- Pré-molette suivant la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que, la superstructure (18) présentant en creux sur sa surface supérieure (21) une saignée diamétrale (24), le repère d'orientation angulaire (33) est formé par une rainure écartée angulairement de cette saignée diamétrale (24).
- Procédé pour la mise en oeuvre d'un bloc de préhension comportant une pré-molette conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, du genre suivant lequel on établit entre cette pré-molette (15) et la lentille optique (10) à équiper, pour son calage en rotation sur celle-ci, un matelas de jonction (17) en métal à bas point de fusion fondu in situ, caractérisé en ce qu'il est fait en sorte que ce matelas de jonction (17) enserre périphériquement l'embase (16) de la pré-molette (15) en formant annulairement autour de cette embase (16) une portée (25) propre à l'emprise d'un outil d'entraínement (12).
- Procédé suivant la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il est fait en sorte que, parallèlement à l'axe (A) de l'ensemble, la portée (25) du matelas de jonction (17) s'étende immédiatement à compter de la superstructure (18) de la pré-molette (15), à ras avec celle-ci.
