Abstract

Beim Bearbeiten von Gitterträgern als Bewehrung für vorgefertigte Stahlbetonplatten werden die Gitterträger entlang des Einlaufbereichs (5a) einer geraden Vorschubbahn (5) in axialem Vorschub einer Schneidevorrichtung (27) zugeführt und in dieser auf eine vorbestimmte Länge geschnitten. Von dort gelangen sie in den Auslaufbereich (5b) der Vorschubbahn (5), von wo sie abgenommen und in Schalungsformen eingesetzt werden. Dabei wird vorgeschlagen, die Gitterträger bei jedem Transportvorgang von Greifwerkzeugen entsprechender Transport- bzw. Verschiebeeinheiten (T1, T2, V1, V2) kraftschlüssig zu fixieren und durch diese unmittelbar in den Arbeitsbereich der jeweils nächsten Transport- bzw. Verschiebeeinheit zu transportieren. Dies hat den Vorteil, daß nicht nur die Transportgeschwindigkeiten erheblich gesteigert werden, sondern auch, daß alle Transportvorgänge einschließlich des Schneidens computergesteuert ablaufen können, so daß kürzeste Bearbeitungszeiten erzielbar sind.

This has the advantage that not only the transport speeds are increased considerably, but also that all transport processes, including cutting, can be carried out under computer control, so that the shortest processing times can be achieved.
