As a result, the lower edge surface of the downwardly angled portion 7 will serve as a sliding surface against the lower defining surface of the recess.
  • the carrier rail 8 is provided with an arm 10 which extends inwardly over the frame and mounts, at its free end, a downwardly directed projection 11.

In such instance, the projection 11 will, if the wire basket is withdrawn too far, catch in the frame and thereby prevent continued withdrawal of the wire basket.

  • the angled portion 7 on the front piece 4 of the basket will come into abutment against the arrest surface 14, whereby further insertion of the basket is prevented.
  • a groove 15 is provided between the ramp 13 and the bottom surface (the vertical side surface) of the longitudinal recess 9, the purpose of the groove being to accommodate the downwardly angled portion 7 of the frame on the side portion thereof.
  • Fig. 2 shows an embodiment in which the downwardly angled portion 7 only extends around the corners of the frame and terminates a short distance in on the front and rear pieces 4 of the wire basket. These parts of the downwardly angled portions 7 on the front piece 4 function as described above as insertion arrest means for cooperation with the arrest surface 14 on the carrier rail 8.

Abstract

Un panier en fils métalliques comporte un fond (1), des côtés (2, 3) et des éléments avant et arrière (4) fabriqués à partir d'une grille en fils métalliques. Ledit panier présente en son sommet un cadre qui s'étend latéralement, au moins sur les côtés (2, 3), de manière à former des glissières pour le panier, les glissières présentant des parties anguleuses vers le bas qui s'étendent autour des coins du cadre, au moins en partie le long des éléments avant et arrière (4). Le cadre présente, de préférence, une section entièrement à angles arrondis ou en L.

Claims (4)

  1. Panier en fil métallique comprenant un fond (1), des côtés (2, 3) et des pièces avant et arrière (4) fabriqués à partir d'un treillis en fil métallique, un cadre (5) agencé le long des bords supérieurs des côtés, ainsi que des pièces avant et arrière, le cadre débordant, au moins le long des côtés, latéralement vers l'extérieur de façon à former des glissières pour le panier en fil métallique, les glissières ayant des parties coudées vers le bas le long de leurs bords extérieurs, caractérisé en ce que les parties coudées vers le bas (7) s'étendent autour des angles du cadre (5) au moins partiellement le long des pièces avant et arrière (4).
  2. Panier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (5) a une section transversale coudée ou en L sur toute sa longueur.
  3. Panier selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les parties coudées vers le bas (7), aux extrémités opposées de la pièce avant (4), sont agencées en tant que protections anti-dépassement destinées à coopérer avec des surfaces de butée dirigées vers le haut (14) des parties extrêmes extérieures de rails porteurs (8) supportant le panier en fil métallique.
  4. Procédé de fabrication d'un panier en fil métallique comprenant les étapes consistant à fabriquer un cadre (5) rectangle ou carré, à fabriquer le fond (1), les côtés (2, 3) et les pièces avant et arrière du panier en fil métallique et à les assembler avec le cadre, caractérisé en ce qu'un matériau profilé de section transversale coudée ou en L est coupé aux longueurs désirées et plié en forme rectangulaire ou carrée afin de former le cadre (5), et en ce que les extrémités du matériau profilé sont assemblées bout à bout.
