- the plate 1 In order close the printheads, the plate 1 carries a series of suitable seals, indicated 68, 69, 70 and 71 in Figure 13, the number of seals being equal to the number of printheads to be controlled, the seals having complementary profiles for fitting the outlets of the cartridges 2 carrying the printheads as indicated in broken outline in Figure 1, with respective surrounding sealing lips as indicated 72 in Figure 14. Intermediate walls, indicated 73 and 74, between each of the successive closures, are made, like the seals and the lips 72, from synthetic rubber to permit easy deformation thereof when the lateral displacements of the carriage take place.

Claims (10)
- Dispositif pour la remise en état de marche des têtes d'impression des dispositifs d'imprimantes à jet d'encre, du type comprenant des moyens actionnés manuellement pour l'application d'un cycle de vide, différentes têtes d'impression d'un disposif d'imprimante à jet d'encre pour la remise en état de marche, caractérisé en ce que les moyens actionnés manuellement (7) pour produire des cycles de vide, sont raccordés à chacune des tête d'impression par injection d'encre (3), au moyen de jeux individuels de tuyaux flexibles (6, 26) qui sont habituellement maintenus fermés par des dispositifs de serrage, qui sont individuellement libérables pour transmettre un cycle de vide à la tête d'impression, dans laquelle il s'agit d'exécuter un cycle de remise en état par aspiration.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque jeu de tuyaux raccordant les moyens de production de cycle de vide à la tête d'impression correspondante (3), est constitué par deux portions de tuyaux (6 et 26), dont une portion (26) est raccordée au distributeur d'extrémité (19) des moyens pour produire des cycles de vide et un corps intermédiaire fixe (21) qui comporte autant de chambres individuelles (22, 23, 24 et 25) qu'il y a des tuyaux flexibles, la seconde portion de tuyau (6) étant raccordée à une extrémité, à une sortie correspondante de l'une des chambres individuelles, et de l'autre côté, raccordée à la plaque mobile (76) portant les joints d'étanchéité pour la fermeture des têtes d'impression.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour produire les cycles de vide reçoivent l'impulsion de compression manuelle par le biais d'un bouton-poussoir vertical (9) agissant sur un bras culbuteur (12), qui transmet le mouvement aux moyens de détection des cycles de vide, lequel bras culbuteur(12) est constitué par une structure capable d'osciller sur une portion fixe du corps du dispositif, et qui comporte deux bras (13) recevant l'action d'un bout d'arbre (11), du bouton- poussoir vertical et l'autre (13') agissant sur un élément de butée (14), accouplé à l'extrémité d'un soufflet (7).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'arc décrit par l'extrémité du levier à genouillère basculant (12) coupe le circuit vertical du bout d' arbre d'actionnement (11) du bouton-poussoir manuel (9), permettant ainsi son débranchement automatique dès que la totalité de la course de descente du bouton-poussoir (9) a été effectuée, permettant au soufflet de se dilater à nouveau sous l'effet du ressort (8).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour saisir les tuyaux flexibles (26) transversalement, sont constitués par les tiges mobiles d'un système à touches avec un nombre de touches d'étranglement (27, 28, 29 et 30) égales au nombre de tuyaux, et de têtes d'impression à commander.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les tuyaux flexibles (26) traversent par des fenêtres respectives (31) dans les tiges mobiles des touches de serrage qui peuvent maintenir les tuyaux fermement sous l'action de ressort de rappel (34), qui agissent dans chacune des touches et qui compriment les tuyaux respectifs contre les portions de butées du corps fixe (18) portant le système de touches.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 3 et 5, caractérisé en ce que le corps (18) portant le système de touches supporte, accouplé à celui-ci, une glissière transversale (35), destinée à retenir les touches, avec un ressort de rappel (36) ainsi que des plans inclinés respectifs (38) avec lesquels les saillies respectives (41) des tiges mobiles des touches établissent un contact, les plans inclinés (38) aboutissant sur leurs extrémités inférieures dans les logements (40) pour retenir les extrémités en saillie (41) des tiges mobiles, dans des positions correspondant à la libération des tuyaux flexibles correspondant.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le volume des chambres individuelles (22, 23, 24, et 25) est dimensionné avec précision pour obtenir une sous pression de pointe prédéterminée, en fonction de la nature de l'encre de la tête d'impression correspondante.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 2 et 8, caractérisé en ce que chacune des chambres individuelles (22, 23, 24, et 25), qui reçoivent les tuyaux flexibles, comportent un petit trou (44) pour communiquer avec l'atmosphère et permettre au dispositif à soufflet de récupérer après un cycle de vide, à la suite de l'entrée de l'air ambiant, lequel diamètre est ajusté pour faire varier la forme de la courbe descendante, pour la sous pression créée à l'intérieur de la chambre correspondante.
- Procédé pour la remise en état de marche des têtes d'impression de dispositif d'imprimantes à jet d'encre, avec l'utilisation du dispositif, qui fait l'objet des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à :a) fermer tous les tuyaux raccordant les moyens pour produire des cycles de vie à chacune des têtes d'impression,b) sélectionner la communication entre les moyens pour produire les cycles de vide et la tête d'impression à remettre en état avant de générer le cycle de vide,c) produire un cycle de vide individuel dans les moyens pour la production des cycles de vide,d) application du cycle de vide généré individuellement à la tête d'impression sélectionnée à remettre en état.
