Abstract

The telescopic scissor arrangement is formed by a number of links (2,3) that are hinged together (5,6). Two main electrical paths are formed that allow power to be supplied to small electrical light bulbs that are set in sockets formed in the lower hinge points (6,9). The assembly is installed as a suspended lighting unit that has cables (13) passing over rollers (15a) and with a counterweight (14) used to set the height. The spread of the lighting unit is varied by opening or closing the scissor mechanism.

Description

The invention relates to an electric scissor lattice lamp.

Electric lights are known in which a lamp attached to one end of a scissor grid the other end of which is stationary, possibly pivotable, is supported. By pushing or pulling apart as well as by pivoting the scissor lattice The position of the lamp in the room can be changed. The Illuminant is a along the scissor lattice guided cable connected to a power source.

There are also scissor lattice lights known as horizontal extendable pendant lights are designed. Here is horizontal on several links Scissor lattice attached a lamp, which in collapsed condition of the scissor lattice a compact Bulb arrangement and in the exploded Condition of the scissor lattice a straight row of lamps form. In this way, e.g. B. a pull-out Table is always illuminated evenly.

A disadvantage of these electric scissor lattice lights however, that either the connection cable for all lamps guided along the outside of the scissor grid need to be what the aesthetic impression is strong impaired, or that the limbs of the scissor lattice have to be hollow to get this inside To be able to accommodate connection cables. The latter embodiment is more aesthetically pleasing, but it brings an increased manufacturing effort and is therefore expensive.

Here, the invention is to remedy the situation and an electrical one Improve the scissor lattice light so that at reduced Manufacturing costs with an extendable lamp few visible electrical connection elements created becomes.

According to the invention, this is the case with an electric scissor lattice lamp in that they are two equal to each other parallel scissor grids made of electrical has conductive material, each on one of the poles are connected to a low voltage source and their Pivot points are opposite each other, at least two opposite hinge points with sofa connections provided and by a sofa light bulb are interconnected.

A scissor lattice lamp designed according to the invention is easy to manufacture due to its relatively simple construction and points to the two scissor lattices themselves and their connection to a low voltage source no further electrical connection means on to the individual Illuminants must be performed. Therefore interfere with this Scissor lattice light none guided along the scissor grids Cable the visual impression. As a result of that two scissor grids running parallel to each other electrically conductive material can be used Support structure of the lamp at the same time as its electrical conductors are used to illuminate the lamp to supply with electricity. A security risk for users the lamp does not exist because the scissor lattice only are connected to a low voltage source. The scissor grids running parallel to each other are like this arranged that their hinge points are opposite each other and can be used to connect lamps. It is envisaged that those hinge points, the bulbs should record, to provide with Sofittenenschlützen and to connect with each other by means of small incandescent lamps, making it an equally simple and inexpensive Installation of illuminants is made possible. But it is also possible, the Sofitten light bulbs against others, similar Replace bulbs.

The scissor lattices preferably consist of electrically conductive Metal. With the use of this inexpensive material manufacturing costs can be reduced even further. In an advantageous development of the invention, they are each other opposite, not by Sofitten incandescent lamps interconnected articulation points via electrically insulating Spacers connected together. So that will the stability of a scissor lattice lamp according to the invention considerably increased out of the scissor lattice level, and at the same time there are unplanned stresses on Sofitten incandescent lamps due to a possible lateral migration the scissor lattice when they are pushed together or Pull apart greatly reduced.

In a likewise advantageous embodiment of the invention are a row in the pull-out direction of the scissor lattice successive articulation points with the opposite Joint points connected by Sofitten light bulbs. This makes it possible to see the length of the illuminated Surface by pushing or pulling the Scissor lattice the changing circumstances, such as. B. the length of an extendable table, easy to adjust.

A row in the plane of the scissor lattice is particularly preferred external hinge points with the opposite Articulation points through Sofitten light bulbs connected. By means of such a configuration, a optimal because of trouble-free lighting by the invention Scissor lattice lamp achieved.

In a further favorable embodiment of the invention the electric scissor lattice light to a 12 volt power source connected. This means that common 12-volt lamps, such as B. 12 volt halogen bulbs, as a lamp for the electric scissor lattice light according to the invention be used.

The scissor lattices are advantageously part of the supporting structure the scissor lattice light. With this configuration can the scissor lattice light particularly inexpensive and be structurally simple.

  • The invention is explained in more detail below by way of example with reference to the drawing. Show it:
  • Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an electric scissor lattice lamp and
  • Fig. 2 in a side view, the scissor lattice lamp of Fig. 1 hung horizontally as a hanging lamp.
The electric scissor lattice lamp shown in Fig. 1 1 has two identical ones running parallel to each other Scissor grids 2, 3 made of electrically conductive metal. The Scissor grids 2, 3 consist of individual flat, planes Bars 4, the middle 5 and at both ends 6 each articulated to the adjacent rods 4 are. Each scissor lattice 2, 3 is at its two ends provided with a short rod 4a, each center 5 the last or end rod 4 b with one end of the penultimate Rod 4 of the same orientation articulates. This leaves one end 6a of the end bar 4b free. For training the joints 5, 6 are the rods 4, 4a, 4b with bores provided, the holes of the to be connected Rods 4, 4a, 4b lie one above the other and of connecting means, such as B. screws 7 or 8 rivets, to make the articulation. The one with the other connected rods 4, 4a, 4b touch each other, so that the electrical conductivity is guaranteed. The scissor lattices 2, 3 are arranged so that their corresponding Hinge points 5, 6 are opposite.

A continuous row 9 in the pull-out direction of the scissor lattice 2, 3 in a row and in the scissor lattice plane external hinge points 6 is with sofa connections 10 provided in the form of hollow rivets 8, each in a End of a sofa lamp 11 is inserted, wherein these opposite pivot points of the scissor lattice 2, 3 connected to each other by Sufitten incandescent lamps 11 are. The other opposite hinge points 5, 6 of the scissor grids 2, 3 are by electrical insulating spacers 12 connected together, so that the spatial stability of the scissor lattice lamp 1 is guaranteed. The spacers 12 are between the scissor grids 2, 3 held by screws 7, which pass through the holes in the bars 4, 4a, 4b and thus at the same time in these articulation points 5, 6 the articulation form.

The respective one is at one end of the scissor grids 2, 3 free end 6a of the end rods 4b via electrical connection means 13 to a (not shown) low voltage source connected. The scissor grids 2, 3 are therefore not used only as extendable or collapsible support structure an electric lamp, but also as its electrical conductors through which the lamps 11 are supplied with electricity be supplied.

In Fig. 2, the scissor lattice lamp 1 from Fig. 1 is as horizontally aligned hanging lamp shown. she is thereby by at the upper hinge points 6 of the end rods 4b the scissor grid 2, 3 attacking cables 13 adjustable in height on a fastening device (only shown schematically) 15 hung. Overall, the scissor lattice light 1 on four cables 13, i.e. at both ends each scissor lattice 2, 3, suspended, in the side view 2 only one of the one behind the other Scissor grille and its two cables can be seen. The fastening device has four rollers 15a, which in the Drawing plane and perpendicular to it at a distance from each other are arranged. The two cables 13 of a scissor lattice 2, 3 run upwards to one of two in parallel rollers 15a opposite one another to the plane of the drawing and down again to a counterweight 14, that between the fastening device 15 and the scissor lattices 2, 3 lies and by its vertical displacement the height of the scissor lattice lamp 1 adjustable is.

The rollers 15a are made of an electrically conductive material and electrically isolated from each other. In the Fastening device 15 is a (not shown) Low voltage source arranged in the form of a transformer, two parallel to each other opposite rollers 15a to one pole of the low voltage source and the other two rollers 15a on the other pole of the low voltage source are connected. The four cables 13 running over the rollers 15a are bare and serve by touching the rollers 15a next to the Attachment of the scissor lattice lamp 1 as its electrical Connecting means.

In the lower pivot row 6, 9 of the scissor lattice lamp 1, the trained sofa connections 10 can be seen, which accommodate the soften light bulbs 11. In the illustrated embodiment are in the lower row of pivot points 6, 9 between the articulation points 6a at the ends the scissor grids 2, 3 and between the articulation points 5, 6 of the middle and top row each electrically insulating Spacer 12 attached, thereby the spatial Stability guaranteed from the drawing level is. By pushing together the scissor lattices 2, 3 Luminosity of the Sofitten incandescent lamp 11 to a small one Area to be concentrated, whereas by pulling apart the scissor lattice 2, 3 that from the Sofitten light bulbs 11 emitted light over a large elongated Area is evenly distributed. But it is also conceivable that only a few are opposite each other Articulation points 5, 6 of a row by means of soft incandescent lamps 11 are interconnected or that the lamps are not in the bottom row of joints 6 but in the middle or upper hinge point row 5, 6 or in all hinge point rows 5, 6 arranged or any of these are distributed. Except for practical considerations, there are here no restrictions.

Furthermore, the scissor lattice can also be vertical or in be held at any other angle. It is in addition to a suspension, any other suitable type of fastening, e.g. B. over supports possible. It is also a series two or more scissor lattice lights conceivable.
