    a plurality of notches (16, 20, 25) and lugs (21) on its periphery for the fixing of a finish cover (6) and a post (4).
  2. Bracket for a mounting system according to claim 1, characterized in that it has a ring (11) internally provided with a plurality, preferably four bosses (12, 13, 14, 15), each boss being located substantially in a median position with respect to the side of the quadrilateral, facing and oriented perpendicular with respect to the longitudinal axis of the side.

  10. Bracket according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it permits installation in the recesses (23, 24) of the tongue (5), said tongue being obtained by stamping a preferably galvanized sheet, which is provided with a L-shaped profile, its width corresponding substantially to the width of the link (C) of the roller blind plate and the depth of its base corresponding to the depth of the link, in order to provide a guide zone in the lower part of the link, said tongue (5) also having rigidification stamped pieces (39) in the direction of the smallest dimension.
  11. Bracket according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it permits the fitting of a pulley (8) for the winding on and off of the roller blind strap (S), said pulley (8) having in its centre an orifice (40) provided, as a function of the envisaged applications, a circular cross-section, for its fitting to the corresponding stamped piece of the hub, or a square cross-section for the passage of a metal spindle having a similar cross-section.
  12. Bracket according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it permits the fitting of the post (4), which has both a system for joining to the bracket (1) and to the link, a groove (41) located on the upper portion of the post (4) cooperating with a notch (25) located in an upper or lower corner of said bracket (1), a lug (42) related to a retaining orifice, a base (43) located in the lower part of the post (4), whose dimensions substantially correspond to the width and depth of said link, so as to be fitted therein in order to form a guide zone in the upper part of the retaining tongue (5).
  13. Bracket according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it permits the installation of a pulley in a position such that the latter allows a fitting of the manipulating device in a displaced arrangement of the roller blind manipulating device with respect to the plumb position of the roller blind links, i.e. a retractable outside flange, outside flange or between flange installation.
  14. Bracket according to any one of the claims 8 to 13, characterized in that it permits the installation, on the spindle of the dog hub (10) or on the roller blind drum spindle and in the space between the fixed flange (2) and the side wall of blades forming the roller blind plate, of a friction-reducing, rotary flange (46).
