Abstract

Für den Drehantrieb eines Auslegers eines Drehkrans, insbesondere eines Turmdrehkrans wird vorgeschlagen, den Elektromotor (1) des Drehantriebs von einer Drehmomentregelanordnung (9) auszuführen und der Drehmomentregelanordnung (9) eine Drehzahlregelanordnung (17) zu unterlagern, die die Führung des Elektromotors (1) von der Drehmomentregelanordnung (9) mit Priorität übernimmt, sobald die Ist-Drehzahl des Elektromotors (1) etwa einer Soll-Drehzahl entspricht. Das Soll-Drehmoment und die Soll-Drehzahl werden manuell an einem Einstellorgan (5) vorgegeben. Die Drehzahlregelanordnung (17) erzeugt im wesentlichen ausschließlich treibende Antriebsdrehmomente. Hierdurch lassen sich trotz einer eventuell schwingfähigen Krankonstruktion Drehschwingungen weitgehend vermeiden und die Drehgeschwindigkeit des Krans auf der an dem Einstellorgan (5) eingestellten Soll-Drehzahl halten. Der Elektromotor (1) wird bevorzugt aus einem Frequenzumrichter (3) mit variabler Frequenz gespeist. Der Frequenzumrichter (3) und der Elektromotor (1) sind für etwa 2/3 der maximal gewünschten Geschwindigkeit bemessen und lassen den Betrieb des Elektromotors (1) im Feldschwächungsbereich zu.
