Definitions

  • the individual parts of the model to be modeled have one Variety of properties when defining or optimizing of the process must be taken into account (for example tools and aids used, lead times, responsibilities / processors, Relationships between the individual process elements, User, ).
  • the object underlying the invention is a Specify the method by which it is possible to be dependent a special question a process model from an overall model to generate automatically.
  • a great advantage of the method according to the invention is that Use of only two basic elements for modeling also complex overall processes. This makes the overall process very detailed shown but this also leads to the automatic modeled sub-process is very easy to understand, only contains the necessary information and clearly shows it can be.
  • the different questions of individual process participants are advantageously through the assignment of attributes to results and activities Model components, enables. So can be advantageous from a complex overall process depending on the most diverse previously entered attributes a very special one Sub-process that only takes the specific problem into account be modeled automatically.
  • Partial results which are the prerequisites for a part-time job deliver, summarized in an information node. This makes it easier the clarity of the automatically modeled process.
  • inventive representation of attributes as numbers and texts can advantageously be achieved, for example, that also lead time investigations or cost analyzes in the modeling of a sub-process can play a role.
  • the hierarchical order of the attributes can be advantageous achieve that automatically modeled processes more precisely can be focused on a question without doing so the clarity suffers.
  • Figure 1b shows examples of result attributes.
  • result attributes can be a result attribute "data”.
  • This data can branch into “paper” or “data processing”, where Paper can be sub-branched into lists, “reports”, “descriptions”, “Plans” and “Catalogs” and “Data Processing” further in a “hard disc” which in different formats can be described.
  • “Owner” a result attribute which is "Internal” or “External” can be located.
  • a “project phase” can also be provided as a result attribute, which can split up into “offer”, “planning” and "project planning phase”.
  • FIG. 2 shows, by way of example, how the method according to the invention can be used to present information which arises in the case of partial results and which are a prerequisite for a partial activity.
  • Figure 3 shows a sub-process according to the invention Procedure is generated automatically.
  • the partial results are in Figure 3 shown in rectangles, designated by E1 to E6 are. These individual rectangles or partial results are transferred to each other via sub-activities T1 to T8.
  • Figure 3 is based on the following initial situation. Here, for example determine which departments or which manufacturing processes are affected, if during the preparation for production it is determined that a particular pump model cannot be optimally processed and therefore another Pump type must be selected. The organizational department which makes this decision is the system technology. It will now result attributes as a default for the method according to the invention System technology and pump logically linked to the computer specified.
  • the activity attribute system technology is selected in order to be able to determine which activities from system technology are required to change the pump type Notify those affected.
  • the change made must be evaluated from the customer's perspective become. This happens in E1 with activity T1. Subsequently a message is sent to the T3 system technology another pump model should be used. Then in E2 the activity T5 corrects the corresponding pump model and it there is feedback T2 to customer requirements E1. From E2 then activity T4 is initiated, which is a change in Project documents initiated in E3. Furthermore, the changed Pump model communicated via T6 to the construction documents, which are in E4. Likewise, the electrotechnical Change documents E5 over T7 and the control system documents, that is, the scheduling to correct via T8 in E6.
  • This sub-process is automatically a whole process in one Method according to the invention based on the entered attributes System technology and pump generated as an AND link. So is the consistency automatically by the inventive method of the manufacturing process and a high degree of Clarity maintained.
  • FIG. 4 shows the entity relationship model of the invention as an example Procedures (data dependencies). It can be read from left to right and according to the well-known standard (Peter Chen: The Entity-Relationship Model, Toward a Unified View of Data, ACM Transactions on Database Systems, Vol 1, 1976).
