Claims (2)

  1. Verre à boire destiné à l'utilisation publique, comprenant:
    a) un récipient (1) en céramique, porcelaine, verre ou une. autre matière appropriée de n'importe quelles forme et dimension
    b) le récipient (1) comportant une rainure circulaire parallèle à son bord supérieur (la) et un trou au fond;
    c) un deuxième récipient, prévu en combinaison avec le premier récipient (1), qui est constitué d'un film imperméable (4) d'une matière appropriée, par exemple plastique, et conçu pour être inséré dans le premier récipient (1);
    d) le deuxième récipient comportant une paroi de fond, des parois latérales et un collier supérieur (6) posé sur le bord supérieur du premier récipient (1) et partiellement sur la partie annulaire supérieure de la surface extérieure des parois latérales dudit premier récipient (1),
    caractérisé en ce que
    e) ledit deuxième récipient (4) a une forme et des dimensions correspondantes à celles de la surface intérieure des parois latérales et de fond, du bord supérieur et de la partie annulaire supérieure du premier récipient (1) de manière que le deuxième récipient (4) adhère de toute sa surface contre la surface de contact correspondante du premier récipient (1) pour éviter, en combinaison avec le trou (3) au fond du premier récipient (1), la formation de poches d'air entre les deux récipients (1, 4);
    f) ledit premier récipient (1) a une rainure annulaire (2) sur la surface extérieure de sa paroi latérale et ledit deuxième récipient (4) a une nervure annulaire (5) coopérant avec ladite rainure annulaire (2) lorsque ledit deuxième récipient est inséré dans le premier récipient et la rainure annulaire (2) du premier récipient (1) et la nervure annulaire (5) du deuxième récipient (4) sont les deux disposées de telle manière que la nervure annulaire (5) du deuxième récipient (4) est située au bord terminal libre du collier (6) du deuxième récipient (4);
    g) ladite nervure intérieure (5) est réalisée en formant une rainure correspondante dans la surface extérieure du collier (6) du deuxième récipient (4);
    h) ledit deuxième récipient (4) comporte une bridé annulaire directement au bord terminal de la rainure située au bord terminal libre du collier (6).
  2. Verre à boire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bord supérieur du premier récipient est constitué d'une surface convexe arrondie.
