Claims (2)

  1. Trinkbecher zur öffentlichen Verwendung, mit
    a) einem aus Keramik, Porzellan, Glas oder anderem passenden Werkstoff hergestellten Gefäß (1) beliebiger Form und Größe,
    b) wobei dieses Gefäß eine kreisförmige, zu seinem oberen Rand (1a) parallele Nut und eine Bohrung (3) in seinem Boden aufweist,
    c) und mit einem zweiten, in Verbindung mit dem ersten Gefäß (1) vorgesehenen Gefäß, das aus einem wasserdichten Film (4) aus beliebigem Werkstoff, z.B. Kunststoff besteht und zum Einsetzen in das erste Gefäß (1) bestimmt ist,
    d) wobei dieses zweite Gefäß eine Bodenwand, Seitenwände und einen oberen Kragen (6) aufweist, welch letzterer den oben Rand des ersten Gefäßes (1) und teilweise den oberen ringförmigen Teil der Außenfläche der Seitenwände des genannten ersten Gefäßes (1) übergreift,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    e) das genannte zweite Gefäß (4) eine Form und Abmessungen aufweist, die derart derjenigen der Innenfläche der Seiten- und Bodenwänden, des oberen Randes und des oberen ringförmigen Teils des ersten Gefäßes entsprechen, dass das zweite Gefäß (4) mit seiner ganzen Fläche überall an der entsprechenden Berührungsfläche des ersten Gefäßes (1) anliegt, um in Verbindung mit der Bohrung (3) in dem Boden des ersten Gefäßes (1) die Bildung von Luftblasen zwischen den beiden Gefäßen (1, 4) zu vermeiden,
    f) das genannte erste Gefäß (1) eine ringförmige Nut (2) in der Außenfläche seiner Seitenwand aufweist, während das genannte zweite Gefäß (4) eine ringförmige Rippe (5) besitzt, die mit der genannten ringförmigen Nut (2) zusammenwirkt wenn das genannte zweite Gefäß in das erste Gefäß eingesetzt ist, wobei die ringförmige Nut (2) des ersten Gefäßes (1) und die ringförmige Rippe (5) des zweiten Gefäßes (4) derart angeordnet sind, dass die ringförmige Rippe (5) des zweiten Gefäßes (4) im freien Endrandbereich des Kragens (6) des zweiten Gefäßes (4) liegt,
    g) wobei die genannte innere Rippe (5) durch Einformung einer entsprechenden Nut in der Außenfläche des Kragens (6) des zweiten Gefäßes (4) erhalten ist und
    h) das genannte zweite Gefäß (4) mit einem ringförmigen Flansch direkt ah der Endkante der im freien Endrandbereich des Kragens (6) liegenden Nut versehen ist.
  2. Trinkbecher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Rand des ersten Gefäßes als abgerundete, konvexe Fläche ausgebildet ist.
