Claims (5)
- Drehmomentschlüssel zum kontrollierten Anziehen von Schrauben, Muttern etc., miteinem ersten Schaft (4), der an seinem äußeren Ende mit einem Handgriff versehen ist,einem zweiten Schaft (5), der fest mit einem Werkzeugkopf (1) verbunden ist,einem die Schäfte (4, 5) gelenkig verbindenden Schwenkbolzen (6) mit quer zur Anzugsrichtung ausgerichteter Achse,einem zwischen zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Aufnahmen (9, 11) der Schäfte (5, 4) angeordneten, federbelasteten Sperrelement, welches die Schäfte (4, 5) unterhalb eines einstellbaren Drehmomentwertes gegeneinander sperrt und oberhalb des Drehmomentwertes entsperrt, so daß diese eine begrenzte Relativverschwenkung durchführen können,einem Meßelement (20) zum Erfassen der an einem der Schäfte (4, 5) wirkenden Materialspannungen,einer Auswerteeinheit (17) zur Verarbeitung der Meßwerte des Meßelementes (20) und zur Umrechnung der Meßwerte in Drehmomentwerte, und einem Anzeigeelement (18) für die Anzeige des vorgegebenen Drehmomentwertes sowie für die Anzeige der errechneten Drehmomentwerte,
daß das Anzeigeelement (18) unter anderem eine graphische Anzeige (25) zum stufenlosen Anzeigen der errechneten Drehmomentwerte aufweist, bei der die Länge der jeweils dargestellten Grafik (26) ein Maß für den aktuellen Drehmomentwert ist, und der Grafik (26) eine den vorgegebenen Drehmomentwert repräsentierende Maximalwert-Anzeige (27) optisch zugeordnet ist. - Drehmomentschlüssel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrelement (10) ein würfelförmiges Kippelement ist, welches zugleich an Aufnahmeflächen beider Schäfte (4, 5) anliegt.
- Drehmomentschlüssel nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Schaft (4) den anderen Schaft (5) auf einem Teil von dessen Länge umhüllt, und daß das Meßelement (20) ein Dehnungsmeßstreifen ist, welcher in die Mantelfläche des innenliegenden Schaftes (5) eingelassen ist.
- Drehmomentschlüssel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auswerteeinheit (17) über eine Datenschnittstelle (bei 23) zum Abrufen der Meßdaten von außerhalb verfügt.
- Drehmomentschlüssel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auswerteeinheit (17) mit einem Speicher für Meßdaten versehen ist.
