Abstract
Description
Zur Bearbeitung insbesondere von Hölzern in einer Drechselmaschine ist es erforderlich, daß die Stirnseiten des Werkstückes vor dem Einspannen des Werkstückes in die Maschine zentrisch markiert werden. An diesen zentrischen Markierungen wird dann der Dorn der Einspannvorrichtung aufgesetzt. Durch dieses zentrische Einspannen des Werkstückes wird eine große Unwucht beim eigentlichen Drechselvorgang vermieden und eine optimale Ausnutzung des Materials, z. B. Führt man zusätzlich den Steg zur Führung des Körners in Gestalt eines solchen Elementes aus, ergibt sich eine sehr kostengünstige Produktion des Gesamtbauteils, da nur ein (einheitliches) Formteil benötigt wird.The invention makes it possible to centrally grain the workpiece in a single operation.
