Description

The invention relates generally to a personal system pocket portable for multidirectional communication programmed.

The invention relates more particularly to a method essentially electronic aimed at achieving automatically exchange of information (telephone number, access code, address, etc.) between several systems or devices, according to criteria previously defined by users, i.e. between a (or several) transmitter (s) broadcasting an information offer and one (or several) receiver (s) or interrogator (s) looking for a information. Users record information and messages on the one hand, and matching conditions from of which the reception (see transfer) of messages is of interest on the other hand, the devices therefore being charged send, receive and record the desired messages.

A ce jour il existe des outils de communication indirecte communément appelés système de "petites annonces".To date there are indirect communication tools commonly known as the "classified ads" system.

Explicit messages (except coded messages intended for a receiver to whom the key is to be delivered) are publicly released on different media (newspapers, radios) containing offers and requests.

This process requires a more or less important expectation corresponding to the time required to disclose the announcement of a listed, and a more or less significant loss of time to discover and read a wanted ad from the other, as well as an investment linked to the cost of each advertisement, set by the support.

Anonymity is only guaranteed at the cost of an investment and a extra time.

The concept of classified ads is among other widely used on telematic servers or multimedia networks, which effectively reduces communication times.

The invention proposes to bring a plus in that the small ad is no longer subject to the requirements of a physical link, an organization or company managing the ads, a long and tedious research.

De tels systèmes sont connus en particulier de US-A-4 173 016 et de FR-A-2 615 957.The invention aims to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks by its possibilities of portable devices, by its character of discretion, by its autonomy and its automatism, by its simplicity and selectivity, due to the possibility of repeated use and variables (messages and criteria being modifiable at will by referring to evolving standards) and will find another interest in more effective linking because, if necessary, limited locally by the power of the transmitter / receiver. Such systems are known in particular from US-A-4,173,016 and from FR-A-2,615,957.

The invention also differs from messaging systems telephone (with specific telephone numbers) to transmit a message in that it does not require dialing the number of a specific called. It is automatic and can be addressed to several interlocutors simultaneously. For these reasons, it is similar to the messaging system of US-A-5,030,948. Only the one or those interested according to the criteria they have defined themselves will receive this message. In US-A-5,030,948, it is not intended in principle that a given user can compose and modify the reception criteria, unlike the present invention as defined by the claims.

The invention aims to allow users to select the messages so that supply and demand meet more efficiently by saving their research time.

To achieve the desired goals, the invention, like the system of US-A-5,030,948, consists of a method of transferring information by teletransmission between transmitting and / or receiving apparatus characterized in that information presented at least in part in standardized form and including a message (or additional information) are transmitted by one (or more) device (s) to others who will compare this information to (search) criteria defined by their users and automatically remember (memorize) only the desired messages (i.e. messages whose information fully or partially match the defined criteria). It is essential that these defined criteria are freely composable and modifiable by the user.

Possibly an issuer can also limit the transfer to contacts who have recorded corresponding information to criteria that he himself has defined.

According to a preferred form of the invention, the devices can be both transmitter and receiver and in this case the match partial or total between the information exchanged and the criteria defined triggers the storage of additional information in one and / or the other of the two devices.

Once the devices have been informed (information, criteria) by the users, they operate alone and continuously at will, the information and messages sent repeatedly automatically and receivers permanently waiting for information desired.

To increase the efficiency of information transfer preference may be given to the possible use of proximity physical contacts which is achieved by the necessary setting in relation to the devices (at the maximum distance defined by their powers), and the concordance of interests by the criteria which are filters materialized by a series of conditions that a stakeholder is free to impose or not to impose the transmission of messages and relating to each other's information. To succeed this communication the information, messages, criteria and programmable conditions use block diagrams previously standardized and sufficiently disseminated or easily searchable (for example by telematic server) to be known to users of the invention.

The main objective is to allow a type search "by classified ads" freeing the speakers as said previously the limits and constraints of current systems. Among these it is advisable to add a limitation in the duration emission specific to each support, which is with the invention postponed as long as the device is normally supplied with energy, it only depends on the user willingness and device reliability.

An example illustrates the contribution of the invention. A researcher has a small budget. It is not particularly interested in a job located far from his home which would force him to to move out. He has a minimum salary requirement but does not wish obviously not limit your search. He knows his skills professional, its ambitions, its fields of predilection, its tastes. Nothing says that he will find overnight, or that his requirements or ideas will not change. With the invention applied for this purpose he could have an economical means and little researcher. Conversely, an employer has every interest in which their employees do not waste time in transport including he assumes part of the cost, he knows the profile of the one he plans to hire. Each having defined and registered (but no irreversible) its own criteria and information according to modeled standards used could get for example the number of phone of the desired contact.

liste 1:
'1'=recherche d'emploi
'2'=recherche immobilière
'3'=recherche hôtelière...
liste 2:
'1'=administratif
'2'=commercial
'3'=technicien...
liste 3:
'1'=batiment
'2'=commerce de détail
'3'=construction automobile
'0'=indifférent (critère non retenu pour limiter le déclenchement de la mémorisation)
liste 4:
'1'=bepc
'2'=bac
'3'=équivalent bac+2...
liste 5:
'1'=Salaire minimum de croissance
'2'=moins de 10 000 F mensuel net
'3'=salaire entre 10 000 et 15 000 F mensuel net...
liste 6:
'1'=aucune expérience
'2'=1 à 2 ans d'expérience...
Concretely for example, the job seeker will define his criteria, using a manual which will be provided to him, by successively recording the codes corresponding to his choices on previously defined lists and in an order also pre-defined and identical for all the users:
it could be
list 1:
'1' = job search
'2' = real estate search
'3' = hotel search ...
the criterion will be for job seeker '1'.
Certain criteria such as this will be mandatory in the information received to trigger the memorization of a message.
list 2:
'1' = administrative
'2' = commercial
'3' = technician ...
list 3:
'1' = building
'2' = retail
'3' = automobile construction
'0' = indifferent (criterion not retained to limit the triggering of storage)
list 4:
'1' = bepc
'2' = bin
'3' = equivalent bac + 2 ...
list 5:
'1' = Minimum growth wage
'2' = less than 10 000 F monthly net
'3' = salary between 10,000 and 15,000 F monthly net ...
list 6:
'1' = no experience
'2' = 1 to 2 years of experience ...
without mentioning the possible complex treatments based on these criteria - some could in particular be considered as groups in which a certain amount of concordant information would be required (equal, less than ..., or more than ...) - and for this simplified example, if the job seeker records 1-1-0-2-2-1, the additional information from the emitters (recruiter's telephone number, etc.) will only be used for the emissions starting with five digits of which the first would be 1-1 and the last 2-2-1. The criteria are the access keys to the memorization of the message by the recorder. These keys can be compared to telephone numbers which are no longer assigned by the manufacturers but determined by the users, and which could therefore be common to several users.

This new communication process would allow between other to a user to know automatically (and thus put one or more interlocutors corresponding to one or more several criteria chosen. This classifieds system is characterized in that it is based on a transfer of information submitted under conditions predefined by the transmitter and / or by the receiver, transfer which takes place as soon as the compatibilities required by one and / or the other are effective.

Other uses of the invention are possible. So the tourist offices could broadcast continuously, using fixed terminals for information on local activities. Hotels could report availability responding to requests from tourists or V.R.P. pressed without forcing them to park or give multiple phone calls. Radios could broadcast in continues the classifieds for the benefit of devices using invention that would select them very quickly. Porters sharing the same passions or having the same activities could to meet. A particular application of the invention could be a reservation process in which a sending device (of availability) would itself receive information (reservation) updating the remaining availabilities for following speakers, so some devices could hold account of messages received and messages already sent to modulate automatically its own messages.

Devices include transmitters and receivers, mounts of recordable information, comparators allowing identification of messages satisfying the required conditions, keys for entering, identifiers, display means or reading.

An information coding system is used. Shows consist of information coded according to predefined standards to arrive at a series of explicit criteria in very little signals and an additional message. Some transmitters could issue multiple series of such criteria, each series being followed by an additional message. Any receiver performs, today using a microchip, the comparison between its own coded information and that received from a transmitter. It only records additional messages to series containing the identity of 1 or more criteria received at his (the minimum number of identities that can be a criterion).

Optionally, the transmission of the complementary message may be subject to the reception of a message also having a certain identity.
Composition of devices:
  • Parameterization keys
  • Display system (example liquid crystal display)
  • Batteries
  • Information carrier
  • Issuer (additional information, criteria and messages)
  • Receiver (information, criteria and additional messages)
  • Comparator
  • Recorder.
Note: The particularism being mainly the comparator, used to sort useful messages, it is not essential that the devices are both transmitter and receiver, some could for example be specialized to continuously transmit a large number of messages .

A simplification of the process consists in that the criteria are not presented other than the information itself, which has the advantage of allowing short transmissions.
