Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Palettenbehälter, der einen rechteckförmigen Grundriß aufweist, mit Holzpalette, Drahtgitter-Außenmantel mit oberem und unterem Abschlußrahmen aus Stabstahl und Kunststoffbehälter, der von dem Drahtgitter-Außenmantel umfaßt ist, wobei der Drahtgitter-Außenmantel mit der Holzpalette mit Hilfe von metallischen Befestigungsarmaturen verbunden ist, die den unteren Abschlußrahmen überfassen und die ihrerseits mit der Holzpalette verbunden sind. Der Ausdruck rechteckförmig umfaßt auch Quadrate. Die Ecken können verrundet sein. - Der Drahtgitter-Außenmantel besteht aus Drahtgittermatten, wie sie auch als Betonstahlmatten bekannt sind und als Bewehrung in Beton eingebettet werden. Der untere Abschlußrahmen sowie der obere Abschlußrahmen bestehen aus im Querschnitt rundem, zum Rahmen gebogenem Stabstahl oder Profilstahl. Die Schellen sind mit zumindest einem Schenkel versehen, der eine Bohrung für eine Befestigungsschraube aufweist. Das kann der Fall sein, wenn der Palettenbehälter z. B. aus einem Gabelstapler oder aus einem Hebezeug fällt. Das kann auch dann der Fall sein, wenn der Palettenbehälter, insbes. im gefüllten Zustand des Kunststoffbehälters und im Stapel, über weite Strecken zu transportieren ist und dabei Wechselschwingungsbeanspruchungen aufzunehmen hat. Zur Lösung dieses technischen Problems ist Gegenstand der Erfindung ein Palettenbehälter des eingangs beschriebenen grundsätzlichen Aufbaus, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß zumindest eine der Befestigungsarmaturen aus einer Flachstahltravese besteht, die in einer Querrichtung der Holzpalette von einem Palettenrand zum anderen verläuft und mit Hilfe von Schrauben mit der Holzpalette verbunden ist, daß die Flachstahltraverse im Bereich ihrer Enden zur Holzpalette offene Brückenausformungen aufweist, die den unteren Abschlußrahmen des Drahtgitter-Außenmantels überfassen, und daß die Brückenausformungen durch einen in Ausnehmungen der Brückenausformungen einschiebbaren Schloßriegel, der den unteren Abschlußrahmen unterfaßt, verschließbar sind. Im Rahmen der Erfindung können alle Befestigungsarmaturen als Flachstahltraversen mit Brückenausformungen und Schloßriegeln, wie beschrieben, ausgeführt sein. Im einzelnen bestehen im Rahmen der Erfindung mehrere Möglichkeiten der weiteren Ausbildung und Gestaltung. Das gilt auch für den Schloßriegel. Nach bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist der Schloßriegel als ein Flachstahlwinkel ausgeführt, der einerseits des unteren Abschlußrahmens einen abgebogenen Anschlag als Einschubbegrenzung und andererseits des unteren Abschlußrahmens eine Bohrung für eine Befestigungsschraube aufweist. Nach bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind fernerhin mit den Schrauben für die Befestigung der Flachstahltraverse auch die Schloßriegel befestigt.There are several options for further training and design within the scope of the invention. Die Erfindung geht von der Erkenntnis aus, daß die Gestaltfestigkeit eines Palettenbehälters des eingangs beschriebenen grundsätzlichen Aufbaus beachtlich verbessert werden kann, wenn für den Verbund des Drahtgitter-Außenmantels mit der Holzpalette zumindest eine Flachstahltraverse eingesetzt wird, die wie beschrieben aufgebaut und angeordnet ist. Die Flachstahltraverse verstärkt gleichzeitig die Holzpalette und stabilisiert den Drahtgitter-Außenmantel, weil sie den unteren Abschlußrahmen, wenn auch mit Bewegungsspiel, festlegt. Im übrigen ist die Verbindung zwischen dem unteren Abschlußrahmen und der Holzpalette, die in der beschriebenen Weise gleichsam durch ein Schloß verwirklicht ist, dessen Schloßteile den unteren Abschlußrahmen überfassen und unterfassen, in bezug auf die Gestaltfestigkeit wirksamer als die Verbindung mit Hilfe von Schellen, die wie beschrieben angeordnet sind. wobei der Drahtgitter-Außenmantel mit der Holzpalette mit Hilfe von metallischen Befestigungsarmaturen verbunden ist, die den unteren Abschlußrahmen überfassen und die ihrerseits mit der Holzpalette verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eine der Befestigungsarmaturen (6, 7) aus einer Flachstahltraverse (8) besteht, die in einer Querrichtung der Holzpalette (2) von einem Palettenrand zum anderen Palettenrand verläuft und mit Hilfe von Schrauben (9) mit der Holzpalette (2) verbunden ist,
daß die Flachstahltraverse (8) im Bereich ihrer Enden zur Holzpalette (2) offene Brückenausformungen (10) aufweist, die den unteren Abschlußrahmen (4) des Drahtgitter-Außenmantels (3) überfassen,
und daß die Brückenausformungen (10) durch einen in Ausnehmungen (11) der Brückenausformungen (10) einschiebbaren Schloßriegel (12), der den unteren Abschlußrahmen (4) unterfaßt, verschließbar sind.Pallet container, which has a rectangular plan, with

that the flat steel cross member (8) has open bridge formations (10) in the region of its ends to the wooden pallet (2), which cover the lower end frame (4) of the wire mesh outer jacket (3),
and that the bridge formations (10) can be closed by a lock bolt (12) which can be pushed into recesses (11) in the bridge formations (10) and which underlies the lower end frame (4).
