Device according to claim 12, characterised in that the spring legs (23) of the leg elements (9, 9') are materially strengthened below the transverse groove (24) and, at the level of the lower edge of the transverse groove (24), on the opposite side of the leg element (9, 9') a shoulder (27) is formed, widening the leg element (27).
  14. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that in the upper ends of the leg elements (9, 9'), blind bores (22) for receiving the lower ends of the fastening screws (3) of the connector insert (1) are provided.
  15. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the levers (28) rotatably mounted in the holders (10) are configured as angled levers for unlatching, and in the outwardly angled area of the levers, plug-in receivers (38) for indicator labels (39) are provided.
  16. Device according to one of the preceding claims, charactcrised in that in side cheeks (31) of the holder (10) arc section shaped guide perforations (33) are provided and on corresponding places laterally and externally on the two sides of the lever (28) projections (34) are provided which a movably guided in the guide perforations (33).
  17. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that on the underside of the holder (10) a bar (35) with cable binder feed-through slots is provided.
  18. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that in the mounting plate (5) a feed-through bore (41) is provided for a PE connector clamping screw leading to the mounting rail (4).
  19. Device according to one of preceding claims, characterised in that the holders (10) are provided, in their upper delimiting surface, with plug-in apertures (36) in which encoding members (37) for encoding the plugging-in of the connector inserts (1) can be inserted.
  20. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised by additional tilting elements (42) which can be latched to the top of two leg elements (9'), and on which, in turn, a holder (10) can be latched.
  21. Device according to claim 20, characterised in that the tilting element (42) is provided with a knuckle joint (43) with an angle of rotation in the order of 110 - 130°.
  22. Device according to claim 21, characterised in that the knuckle joint (43) is suitable for twisting in latching steps of approximately 25°.
  23. Device according to claim 20, characterised in that the tilting element (42) is provided, below the knuckle joint (43) with a lower part (44) which is configured in the manner of a shaft and is provided with an opposite latching element for the latching element of the spring leg (23) of the leg element (9, 9').
  24. Device according to claim 23, characterised in that in the lower part (44) an access aperture (46) is provided to the inserted spring leg (23) of the leg element (9, 9').
  25. Device according to claim 20, characterised in that the tilting element (42) is provided, above the knuckle joint (43), with an upper part (45) which is provided with a spring leg (23') corresponding to the upper area of a leg element (9, 9') for cooperating in a latching manner with the holder (10).
  26. Device according to claim 20, characterised in that for height balancing for the tilting elements (42) on one side of the device, an auxiliary holder (47) is provided for the other side of the device, which can be placed in a latching manner on the holder (10) located there, and which is provided with form fitting plug-in receiver for the holder (10) for receiving the narrow side flange zone (2) of the connector insert (1) together with a fastening screw (3).
  27. Device according to claim 26, characterised in that the auxiliary holder (47) is provided with spring loaded latching detents (48) which, in the sense of releasing the latch, have an actuating area projecting from the auxiliary holder (47).
  28. Device according to claims 19 and 26, characterised in that the auxiliary holder (47) can be latched to the top side plug-in apertures (36) instead of the encoding members (37).
  29. Device according to claim 26, characterised in that in the auxiliary holder (47) socket apertures are provided, in the top, for inserting encoding members (37).
  30. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that holding bars (49) are provided at a distance apart from one another on the individual leg elements (9'), which define guide grooves for circuit boards to be arranged between the pairs of leg elements (9') on the two sides.
