- la figure 1 est une coupe longitudinale d'un tournevis suivant l'invention, en position verrouillée du mécanisme de basculement ;
- la figure 2 est une vue analogue du tournevis de la figure 1, en position déverrouillée du mécanisme de basculement ;
- la figure 3 est une vue partielle en élévation du mécanisme de basculement ;
- les figures 4 et 5 sont des vues en coupe transversale prises respectivement suivant les lignes IV-IV et V-V de la figure 3 ;
- la figure 6 représente le tournevis en position déverrouillée du mécanisme de basculement, avec le manche en cours de basculement, la vue étant prise suivant la flèche VI de la figure 2 ; et
- la figure 7 représente en coupe longitudinale, à plus grande échelle, une partie d'une variante.
Claims (10)
- Outil de vissage-dévissage, notamment tournevis, du type comprenant un manche (2), une partie menante (4) et une partie menée (5) qui possèdent dans une première position d'utilisation un axe de rotation commun (X-X'), des moyens de basculement (18, 19) de la partie menante (4) par rapport à la partie menée (5), et des moyens de verrouillage (11, 26, 12) pouvant prendre une position de verrouillage positif de la partie menante (4) en position coaxiale à la partie menée (5) ainsi qu'une position de libération des moyens de basculement,la partie menante (4) comprend une partie proximale (6, 9) formant poignée du manche (2) de l'outil;la partie menée (5) comprend un porte-lame;les deux parties menante et menée (4 et 5) sont montées mobiles coaxialement l'une par rapport à l'autre jusqu'à une position d'éloignement prédéterminée pour libérer les moyens de basculement;les moyens de basculement comprennent au moins une broche transversale (18) solidaire d'une des deux parties menante et menée et mobile dans une rainure longitudinale (31, 32) de l'autre partie munie d'une butée, etles moyens de verrouillage (11, 26, 12) comprennent un emboítement entre la partie menante (4) et la partie menée (5);
caractérisé en ce que le manche (2) se compose de deux parties, dont ladite partie menante (4) et une partie distale complémentaire (23) solidaire du porte-lame. - Outil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans la position de verrouillage des moyens de verrouillage (11, 26, 12), les deux parties (4, 23) du manche (2) sont en contact mutuel par leurs tranches d'extrémité respectives (8, 24).
- Outil selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que chacune des deux parties menante et menée (4 et 5) comporte un prolongement mâle (11, 30) qui s'emboíte dans un évidement conjugué (26, 12) de l'autre partie.
- Outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la broche transversale (18) est proche de l'extrémité de la partie (4) qui la porte.
- Outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'emboítement comprend un guidage mutuel des deux parties menante et menée (4 et 5) par une forme non circulaire.
- Outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que, dans ladite position d'éloignement prédéterminée, les deux parties menante et menée (4 et 5) coopèrent par des surfaces planes (15, 16) parallèles à un plan de basculement prédétermine.
- Outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de freinage, notamment un jonc (33), adaptés pour augmenter le frottement entre les deux parties menante et menée (4 et 5) pendant leurs déplacements coaxiaux.
- Outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite partie proximale 6, 9 du manche formant poignée a une forme extérieure de révolution.
- Outil selon l'une quelconque des revendication 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le porte-lame comporte un dispositif auxiliaire (35) de transmission de couple, notamment un cliquet.
- Outil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une lame (3) qui bute contre le porte-lame, le cas échéant au-dessus dudit dispositif auxiliaire (35), qu'elle traverse.
