Claims (35)

  1. Eine allgemeine U-Form aufweisendes und zur Befestigung an einem unteren Teil (21) einer Platte (1) für die Konstruktion einer Mauer bestimmtes Profil, wobei das Profil dazu bestimmt ist, zwischen dem unteren Teil (21) der Platte (1) und dem Fundament oder einem Sockel oder einem Fundamentmauerwerk oder einer Diele eingefügt zu werden, wobei der Kern (27) des Profils eine gerippte Form aufweist, die wenigstens einen inneren (32) Kernabschnitt und wenigstens einen äußeren (33) Kernabschnitt definiert, wobei der dem inneren Flügel (28) am nächsten liegende Abschnitt ein äußerer (33) Kernabschnitt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profil einen zur Außenseite des Profils gerichteten und an seinen inneren Flügel (28) angrenzenden Umkehrflügel (39) nahe an der freien Kante (38) von diesem (28) umfaßt, wobei die freie Kante (40) des Umkehrflügels (39) wesentlich komplan mit dem oder den äußeren Kernabschnitt oder Kernabschnitten (33) ist, wobei eine Verbindungswand (36), in der wenigstens ein Entwässerungsloch (37) untergebracht ist, zwischen dem inneren Flügel (28) und dem äußeren Kernabschnitt (33), der ihr am nächsten liegt, eingefügt ist.
  2. Profil gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die freie Kante (40) des Umkehrflügels (39) einen Wulst bildet.
  3. Profil gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Stützbein (42) zwischen dem inneren Flügel (28) und dem Umkehrflügel (39) eingefügt ist.
  4. Profil gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umkehrflügel (39) eine allgemeine flache Form oder eine allgemeine mäanderförmige Form, insbesondere die eines Dieders, aufweist.
  5. Profil gemäß einer der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umkehrflügel (39) mit dem inneren Flügel (28) einen Winkel in der Größenordnung von 45 Grad bildet.
  6. Profil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungswand (36) im Verhältnis zum Kern (27) sowie zum inneren Flügel (28) geneigt ist, insbesondere in einem Winkel von 45 Grad.
  7. Profil gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Serie in geeigneter Weise verteilter Entwässerungslöcher (37) in der Verbindungswand (36) ausgespart ist.
  8. Profil gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der äußere Flügel (29) wenigstens ebenso groß ist wie der innere Flügel (28).
  9. Profil gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er einen inneren (32) mittleren Kernabschnitt und wenigstens zwei innere (32) Kernabschnitte auf jeder Seite umfaßt.
  10. Profil gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profil (25) wenigstens zwei äußere (33) Kernabschnitte umfaßt, die den beiden Flügeln (28, 29) angrenzen oder in ihrer Nähe sind.
  11. Profil gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es eine zur Außenseite dieses letzteren hin offene Mauerzinne umfaßt, in der Befestigungsmittel (30) an dem besagten Teil der Platte untergebracht sind, insbesondere Schrauben (30).
  12. Profil gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mauerzinne, in der die Befestigungsmittel (30) untergebracht sind, insbesondere die Schrauben (30), Dichtungsmittel (34) beigefügt sind.
  13. Profil gemäß Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtungsmittel (34) sich in Form eines Haftschaumes mit geschlossenen Zellen darstellen, die die besagte Mauerzinne schließen.
  14. Profil gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profil (25) einen dem einem oder dem anderen seiner Flügel (28, 29) anliegenden, nach außen gerichteten, im wesentlichen zum inneren Kernabschnitt (32) komplanen Vorsprung (35) umfaßt, der zur Stützung des unteren Teils der Platte (21) beiträgt.
  15. Profil gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 und 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der äußere Flügel (29) kleiner ist als der innere Flügel (28).
  16. Profil gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus Plastik ist.
  17. Zur Konstruktion einer Mauer bestimmte Platte des Typs, der :
    ein Paar einander gegenüber aufgestellte Strukturpfosten (2) umfaßt,
    eine interne Hintermauerung (9) umfaßt, die jeweils an den Pfosten befestigt ist und die :
    einen äußeren Rahmen (18) umfaßt, der zwei Paar jeweils seitliche (19), hoher (20) und niedriger (21) Querträger (19) umfaßt,
    ein Paar jeweils innere (22) und äußere (23) Fassadenelemente (22, 23) umfaßt, die den Rahmen (18) von jeder Seite abdecken,
    zwischen dem Rahmen (18) und dem Paar Fassadenelementen (22, 23) eingefügte Isolationsmittel (24) umfaßt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es, u. a., wenigstens ein Profil gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 umfaßt, das eine untere Reling (25) bildet, deren Kern (27) auf dem unteren (21) Querträger jeweils durch Befestigungsmittel (30) befestigt ist und dessen innere (28) und äußere (29) Flügel jeweils die beiden inneren (22) und äußeren (23) Fassadenelemente einschließen, wobei das besagte Profil dazu bestimmt ist, zwischen dem Rahmen (18) und den Fassadenelementen (22, 23) einerseits und dem Fundament oder dem Sockel oder dem Fundamentmauerwerk oder einer Diele andererseits eingefügt zu werden.
  18. Platte gemäß Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel (30) in das Profil (25) derart von außen geschraubte Schrauben (30) sind, daß sie den anliegenden Querträger (21, 20) durchdringen, wobei der Kopf von außen auf das Profil (25) ansetzt.
  19. Platte gemäß einem der Ansprüche 17 und 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ein zweites, eine obere Kappe (26) bildendes, eine allgemeine U Form aufweisendes Profil umfaßt, dessen Kern (17) auf dem oberen Querträger (20) durch Befestigungsmittel (30) befestigt ist und deren beide innere (28) und äußere (29) Flügel jeweils die beiden inneren (22) und äußeren (23) Fassadenelemente einschließen, wobei das zweite Profil dazu bestimmt ist, zwischen dem Rahmen (18) und den Fassadenelementen (22, 23) einerseits und einem Träger oder einer Decke andererseits eingefügt zu werden.
  20. Platte gemäß Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Profil (26) einen wesentlich flachen Kern (27) aufweist.
  21. Platte gemäß Anspruch 19 oder 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Flügel (28, 29) des zweiten Profils (26) wesentlich dieselbe Größe aufweisen.
  22. Platte nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder der beiden Pfosten (2) eines hölzernen Strukturpfostenpaares (2), das auf jeder Seite des Paares der Fassadenelemente (22, 23) hervorsteht und im quer verlaufenden rechten Schnitt eine allgemeine quadratische oder rechteckige Form aufweist, eine innere (3) Querseite aufweist, die einerseits einen Falz zur Aufnahme (8) der Hintermauerung (9) umfaßt und andererseits in der Nähe dieses Falzes (8) und nach außen hin Aufhängungsmittel (10) für ein äußeres (11) Mantelprofil, wie z. B. eine Rille (10); wobei eine äußere (4) Querseite einen Falz (12) zur Aufnahme einer Verbindungsklemme (13) zwischen dem Schild und einem Träger o.ä. umfaßt, in jeden Strukturpfosten (2) in geeigneter Weise gebohrten Durchlöcher (14) zwischen den beiden inneren (3) und äußeren (4) Querseiten gegenüber dem Falz (12) zur Aufnahme der Verbindungsklemme (13) und abseits des Falzes zur Aufnahme der Hintermauerung (9) und den Befestigungsmitteln (10) des äußeren Mantelprofils (11), wobei besagte Löcher (14) den Durchgang von Befestigungsbolzen (16) erlauben.
  23. Platte gemäß Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Durchgangsloch (14) eines Befestigungsbolzens (16) durch einen erweiterten Teil (15) zur Aufnahme des äußeren freien Teils des Bolzens und der dort festgeschraubten Mutter in die innere Querseite (3) einmündet.
  24. Platte gemäß Anspruch 22 oder 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es im Bodenteil des Falzes zur Aufnahme (8) der Hintermauerung (9) und in die äußere Richtung eine Rille (17) für eine gegen Wasser und Luft abdichtende Dichtung umfaßt.
  25. Platte gemäß einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Seite (3) wesentlich flach ist.
  26. Platte gemäß einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Strukturpfosten (2) Schnittwinkel (7) aufweist.
  27. Platte gemäß einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügel (28, 29) den anliegenden Querträger (20, 21) nur über einen Teil seiner Höhe abdecken.
  28. Platte gemäß einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Profil (26) aus Plastik ist.
  29. Platte gemäß Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das äußere Mantelprofil (11) aus 75 Hundertstel mm starkem feuerverzinktem Blech mit einer Polyvinilidenbifluorid-Harzschicht hergestellt ist.
  30. Konstruktion, gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens ein und im allgemeinen eine Serie von Platten gemäß einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 29, die vertikal aufgestellt, aufeinander miteinander verbunden sind und durch die Bolzen (16) miteinander eine Einheit bilden und am unteren Teil durch Befestigungsklemmen befestigt sind.
  31. Konstruktion gemäß Anspruch 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie außerdem wenigstens ein äußeres (11) Mantelprofil umfaßt, das nach außen hin auf zwei anliegenden Strukturpfosten (2) aufsitzt, wobei die Struktur durch die in den Pfosten enthaltenen Aufhängungsmittel (10) mit ihnen befestigt ist.
  32. Konstruktion gemäß Anspruch 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das äußere (11) Mantelprofil eine allgemeine U Form aufweist und deren Flügel an ihrer freien Kante in Richtung Kern gebogen sind, um eine zusätzliche Aufhängung (44) der in dem Pfosten (2) angebrachten Rillen (10) zu bilden.
  33. Konstruktion gemäß Anspruch 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Kern (42) des äußeren (11) Mantelprofils und den äußeren (5) Seiten der Pfosten ein Zwischenraum besteht, derart ausgebildet, daß die Wiedergewinnung verschiedener Anordnungen der Pfosten gewährleistet ist.
  34. Konstruktion gemäß Anspruch 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie außerdem wenigstens ein inneres (45) in die innere Richtung zwei anliegenden Pfosten (2) aufsitzendes Mantelprofil umfaßt, wobei es am Pfosten und / oder am inneren Fassadenelement befestigt ist.
  35. Konstruktion gemäß Anspruch 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das innere (45) Mantelprofil eine allgemeine U Form aufweist und deren Flügel (47) komplan in Richtung der Öffnung des Us gebogen sind, wobei ein Kleber (49) zwischen dem Kern (46) des Profils und der inneren (6) Seite der Pfosten (2) eingefügt ist.
