Description

The invention relates to a ring trough positive mixer, consisting from a trough with a central dome-shaped part, in which in the middle the mixer shaft driven by an agitator motor is mounted from a with the upper end of the mixer shaft non-rotatably connected hub-shaped part, on which several mixing blade ends Arms are arranged that the between the outer support wall and the dome-shaped part of the ring channel pass through, and from a connectable to the hub-shaped part radial arm, one at its outer end Vortex carries the one that runs parallel to the agitator shaft Vortex shaft is provided with a rotary drive.

In a ring trough positive mixer known from practice this The rotary drive of the vortex shaft consists of a hydraulic motor, via a separate hydraulic pump with servo adjustment is driven and, depending on the mixing recipe, continuously between 0 is controllable up to 200 rpm. This hydraulic drive the Vortex shaft is not only due to the required hydraulic motor associated hydraulic pump is expensive, but it is additional still more expensive due to the required rotary union. task the invention is therefore a ring trough positive mixer to create the type specified at the beginning with a cheaper Drive for the swirler is provided.

According to the invention, this object is achieved with a ring trough positive mixer of the generic type solved in that with the hub-shaped Part of a flat one enclosing a radial arm Housing is connectable, in the middle part of a central, with the agitator shaft aligned shaft is mounted on the rotatable a central gear is keyed up and its top out the shaft end led out through a torque arm is supported against the trough, and that in the arm-shaped Part of the housing at least one pinion is mounted, that transfers the drive from the central gear to the swirler and with a gear wheel wedged onto the vortex shaft combs. The drive according to the invention is characterized by large Robustness and economy because it has no additional Drive motor needed, but via the gear means of that Agitator drive is derived. Even those already in operation Ring trough compulsory mixers without swirlers can be used in simple Be retrofitted with the swirler according to the invention.

From DE-C-31 14 477 a ring trough positive mixer is known, at which is the drive of the whirlers via spur gear stages from the mixer drive is derived. This well-known ring trough mixer however, has a complex construction than in the interior of the ring trough with a gearbox provided gear and inserted in the space between the gear housing and the inner wall of the trough with an internal toothing provided ring gear is arranged trough-proof, with the To derive the vortex drive, a gear meshes a shaft bearing a pinion of the spur gear set which is the bottom plate of the rotor housing of the ring trough positive mixer enforced.

The flat housing can have two swivel-bearing arms.

In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that in one of the arms a gear chain consisting of spur gears which is one sprocket more than the other's gear chain Arms has, so that the vortexes rotate in opposite directions can and thereby an even better mixing effect is achieved.

Basically, it is also possible that instead of the central gear a sprocket is provided that over the vortex shaft drives a sprocket on this by a chain.

The hub-shaped part expediently has an upper part flat annular edge, with the end face the lower wall the middle part of the flat housing can be screwed.

The vortex shaft can be in a bearing tube connected to the arm be stored, which enables good encapsulation.

In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that the Vortexes are attached to a ring on the end of the vortex shaft freely rotatable and opposite to the vortex shaft is held against rotation by shear pins. Should the swirler due to stones or other resistances in the mix blocked, damage to the ring trough compulsory mixer thereby avoided that the shear pins are sheared off and the vortex despite the continued rotation of the vortex shaft stop.

The torque arm expediently consists of a rotationally fixed radial connected to the shaft of the central gear Lever, the outer end of which is supported by springs against the trough is. This is preferably provided in both directions of rotation Resilient support allows strikes to occur resiliently flexible to absorb and dampen.

In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that instead of the torque arm with the shaft of the central gear the output shaft of a gear or hydraulic motor supported against the trough is coupled. With this engine you can transfer an additional rotation to the central gear, by which the whirlers are given a different speed than otherwise through the coupling of the vortex housing with the mixer shaft is specified. The speed is expedient of the motor controllable, so that desired speeds of the vortex starting from a standstill of the vortex can. The motor can expediently also be reversed in the direction of rotation.
