Description

La présente invention concerne un sommier de lit à lattes ainsi qu'un matelas en combinaison avec un tel sommier.
Les sommiers à lattes de constructions connues jusqu'à maintenant ne présentent qu'un seul degré de confort pour toutes les parties du corps humain.
La présente invention a pour but d'éliminer l'inconvénient ci-dessus en proposant un sommier de lit à lattes qui est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, dans la direction longitudinale du sommier, trois zones distinctes comprenant une zone approximativement centrale destinée à soutenir le dos et les épaules d'une personne et constituée d'une carcasse à ressorts de compression et deux zones extrêmes opposées à lattes destinées à supporter respectivement la tête et les pieds de la personne.
Selon une variante de réalisation, la carcasse à ressorts comprend des ressorts reliés les uns aux autres par des éléments de jonction, tels que des fils spiralés, fixés parallèlement aux extrémités des spires extrêmes des ressorts.
Avantageusement, un matelas est associé au sommier ci-dessus et est du type à une seule face d'utilisation.
De préférence, le matelas comprend une suspension interne à ressorts fixée, par exemple par collage, dans un cadre en matériau mousse enfermés ensemble dans une enveloppe en un matériau non tissé ; et, côté face d'utilisation du matelas, une couche de garnissage, par exemple en feutre de coco, fixée sur le cadre en mousse et trois couches superposées situées au-dessus de la couche de garnissage, fixées ensemble par couture et comprenant respectivement une couche de matériau non tissé, une couche de rembourrage de mousse de polyéther et un revêtement de protection de coutil.
La face non utilisée du matelas comprend une couche de feutre coco fixée au cadre en mousse précité et un revêtement de coutil formant avec le revêtement de protection de coutil précité une enveloppe de protection du matelas.
La suspension à ressorts précitée comprend plusieurs chapelets parallèles de ressorts hélicoïdaux ensachés disposés longitudinalement au sommier et fixés les uns aux autres par collage.
L'invention propose également un matelas à face unique d'utilisation pour sommier de lit à lattes comprenant les caractéristiques du matelas ci-dessus définies.
L'invention sera mieux comprise et d'autres buts, caractéristiques, détails et avantages de celle-ci apparaítront plus clairement dans la description explicative qui va suivre faite en référence aux dessins schématiques annexés donnés uniquement à titre d'exemple illustrant un mode de réalisation de l'invention et dans lesquels :
  • La figure 1 est une vue de dessus du sommier de lit à lattes conforme à l'invention.
  • La figure 2 est une vue en coupe suivant la ligne II-II de la figure 1.
  • La figure 3 est une vue en coupe suivant la ligne III-III de la figure 2.
  • La figure 4 est une vue en coupe d'un matelas conforme à l'invention.
    • En se reportant aux figures 1 à 3, la référence 1 désigne un sommier de lit à lattes transversales 2 fixées à leurs extrémités, de façon connue en soi, entre les deux longs pans parallèles 3, 4 définissant avec les courts pans en parallèle 5, 6 le cadre du sommier.
    Le sommier de lit tel que représenté est destiné à deux personnes, mais il est bien entendu que l'invention qui va être décrite s'applique également à un sommier de lit d'une personne.
    Selon l'invention, le sommier 1 comprend, suivant sa direction longitudinale, trois zones distinctes comprenant une zone approximativement centrale 7 destinée à soutenir le dos et les épaules d'une personne et constituée d'une carcasse à ressorts de compression 8 et deux zones extrêmes opposées 9, 10 à lattes 2 destinées à supporter respectivement la tête et les pieds de la personne.
    Les ressorts 8 sont disposés suivant plusieurs rangées parallèles dans les deux parties internes du sommier 1 séparées l'une de l'autre par une longrine 11 en ayant leurs axes de travail perpendiculaires au fond du sommier constitué dans le cas présent par des lattes transversales 12 sur lesquelles reposent les spires extrêmes inférieures des ressorts 8. Les ressorts 8 sont reliés les uns aux autres par des éléments de jonction 13, tels que des fils d'acier parallèles spiralés reliant ensemble les spires extrêmes inférieures et supérieures des ressorts 8 pour former une structure unitaire. La zone centrale 7, ne comportant pas de lattes au-dessus de la carcasse de ressorts 8, comporte une nappe protectrice 14, par exemple en feutre, recouvrant les spires extrêmes supérieures des ressorts 8.
    Le sommier 1 ainsi conçu permet de supporter confortablement par la zone centrale 7 à ressorts 8 pratiquement tout le poids de la personne tandis que les zones extrêmes à lattes 9, 10 supportent la tête et les pieds de la personne constituant les parties du corps exerçant un poids relativement faible.
    L'invention propose également un matelas pour le sommier de lit à lattes tel que décrit ci-dessus.
    Ce matelas 15 est représenté en figure 4 et est du type à une seule face supérieure d'utilisation, c'est-à-dire non retournable, contrairement aux matelas retournables utilisés actuellement du type "bi-saison".
    A cet effet, le matelas 15 comprend une suspension interne à ressorts 16 fixée, par exemple par collage, dans un cadre en un matériau mousse 17 enfermés ensemble dans une enveloppe 18 en un matériau non tissé, seules les faces supérieure et inférieure de cette enveloppe étant représentées en figure 4 pour la simplicité. La suspension à ressorts est de préférence constituée de plusieurs chapelets parallèles de ressorts hélicoïdaux ensachés, disposés longitudinalement au matelas 15 et fixés les uns aux autres par collage. Une telle suspension à ressorts est connue en soi et n'a pas à être détaillée.
    La face d'utilisation du matelas 15 comprend une couche de garnissage 19, par exemple en feutre de coco, fixée sur le cadre en mousse 17, par exemple par collage, et trois couches superposées 20, 21, 22 situées au-dessus de la couche de garnissage 19, fixées ensemble par couture et comprenant respectivement une couche de matériau non tissé 20, une couche de rembourrage de mousse de polyéther 21 et un revêtement de protection de coutil 22.
    La face non utilisée du matelas 15 comprend une couche de feutre coco 23 fixée, par exemple par collage, au cadre en mousse 17, et un autre revêtement de coutil 24 formant avec le revêtement de protection de coutil 22 une enveloppe de protection du matelas 15. Le revêtement de coutil 24 peut être d'une qualité inférieure au revêtement de protection 22.
    Ainsi, il est possible de prévoir à la place des ressorts du type Bonnel du sommier, des ressorts ensachés pour un sommier de haut de gamme.

    Claims (6)

    1. Sommier de lit à lattes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, dans la direction longitudinale du sommier (1), trois zones distinctes (7, 9, 10) comprenant une zone approximativement centrale (7) destinée à soutenir le dos et les épaules d'une personne et constituée d'une carcasse à ressorts de compression (8) et deux zones extrêmes opposées (9, 10) à lattes (2) destinées à supporter respectivement la tête et les pieds de la personne.
    2. Sommier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la carcasse à ressorts précitée comprend des ressorts reliés les uns aux autres par des éléments de jonction (13), tels que des fils spiralés fixés parallèlement aux extrémités de spires extrêmes des ressorts (8) pour former une structure unitaire.
    3. Sommier selon la revendication 1 ou 2, en combinaison avec un matelas, caractérisé en ce que le matelas (15) est du type à une seule face d'utilisation.
    4. Sommier selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le matelas (15) précité comprend une suspension interne à ressorts (16) fixée, par exemple par collage, dans un cadre en un matériau mousse (17) enfermés ensemble dans une enveloppe (18) en un matériau non tissé et, côté face d'utilisation du matelas, une couche de garnissage (19), par exemple en feutre de coco, fixée sur le cadre en mousse (17) et trois couches superposées (20, 21, 22) situées au-dessus de la couche de garnissage (19), fixées ensemble par couture et comprenant respectivement une couche de matériau non tissé (20), une couche de rembourrage de mousse de polyéther (21) et un revêtement de protection de coutil (22).
    5. Sommier selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la suspension à ressorts précités comprend plusieurs chapelets parallèles de ressorts hélicoïdaux ensachés (16) disposés longitudinalement au sommier (1) et fixés les uns aux autres par collage.
    6. Sommier selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la face non utilisée du matelas (15) comprend une couche de feutre coco (23) fixée au cadre en mousse (17) précité et un revêtement de coutil (24) formant avec le revêtement de coutil de protection (22) précité une enveloppe de protection du matelas (15).
